I dream of a world in which you place an order and pay for things, then drive away with them ACTUALLY IN YOUR BAG. Or maybe a world in which you don’t have to repeat yourself 5 times to be understood, or have a clue what the order person is saying. I don’t know if that day will ever come.

Really bad service I went there yesterday with friends and the stairs were looked, as soon they opened it we got yelled by an employee which in my opinion was very rude and unacceptable we are costumers and paying for a service not to be yelled at! Last time I’ll ever go there! Don’t recommend this place.

Two story McD’s but both times I was here, the stairs were locked off. I’ve seen one of these before — the one near Charlotte’s Southpark Mall has a self-​playing piano!
The staff was pretty good. My order was promptly put together for lunch and a little slow at breakfast. The hash browns were underdone and the egg white on the Eggwhite Delight was a mess. I wasn’t asked what type of salsa I wanted with the sausage burrito — instead I got both hot and mild.
Overall, a reasonable McD’s.

Things to know:
— This McDonald’s is a double-​decker (wow!), but the second floor is usually roped off during non-​peak hours. Bummer.
— Late at night, this place gets extremely loud! Kids come here to hang out, and sometimes I get a little afraid.
— There’s leopard print all over.
