Carlos came out with his helper and helped us dry up a leak we had in our guest house from the rain. They carefully removed the base board and the laminate flooring and installed the equipment to dry it up. They are fast and do a great job. Thanks PRC for the quick response and great service.

I recently had a leak that ruined the ceiling in my laundry room. It had started to mold. PRC came out in ½ hour and immediately took action. They removed everything and began the drying process. Their reps came out intermittently to check moisture level. Within a few days it was dry, clean, and carpenters began repairs. The carpenters worked into the night to repair and paint.
Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional, and reachable at all hours. Job site was clean and everything is beautiful. Highly recommend them. They were honest and familiar with how to file insurance claims. Fast and dependable with great customer service!
Their customer service followed up to ensure I was happy with everything. Reminded me of the old days when you had neighborhood business that were honest and cared!

PRC was awesome. My neighbor had a shower leak which unfortunately leaked into my walls and living room. PRC came out right away and Sergio was wonderful. He addressed all my concerns, answered all my texts promptly. Priscilla was also extremely helpful and friendly particularly when there were delays in getting the insurance check. I would absolutely use PRC again in the future and highly recommend them.

PRC is amazing! Alfonso was awesome and very helpful during a difficult time in our lives. We had 2 slab leaks that happened all at once and he helped us get the mess cleaned up, dried out and removed all the damage from the disaster. I would work with Alfonso and PRC again in the future if something happens to our home.

STAY AWAY !! fraud! this company will tell you anything you want go hear to take your money. They over bill insurance and promise the costumer that everything will be cover. let them do the work. then try to over bill insurance company. when insurance company denies. they you are stuck with the huge bill that was triple the price the originally quoted! save your self the mess. stay away! Do your research and STAY AWAY !! Total fraud !! They quote you one thing and bill you something else. Alfonso the sales promises that the insurance will take car of it to get you to sign the paper work. Don’t do it you will be sorry. They over bill, over charge, under deliver. I never used their service but the quote seems to be too high for what they say they’ll do.
I was refer to PRC from a plumber who was assigned to me via home warranty. we found a water bubble on the dry wall ceiling. The plumber open up the ceiling a bit (approximately 8″ x 12″) and said it was all black up there. It has too much mould and he can’t work there because it will be very dangerous for him to work there and refer us PRC. PRC came later, use some light and mirror to look around up in the damage area and said he would have to cut out 4×4 on the ceiling, spray there with chemical, scrape the wood and then treat it and cover it. He said it wasn’t a big job but quote us for $ 1600.
So I called another licensed restoration company who was able to confirm there were minimal mould up in that area, he treat it w/​in an hr and charge a fraction of the price (seriously, it was a fraction of the price).
I dont know what kind of relationship this company has with the plumber but it sure does seem like a SCAM!!!

I had a very POSITIVE experience using PRC for mold removal. I am a first time home owner this year and i had a horrible leak. They were recommended by my plumber on a Sunday after getting a leak and found mold. PRC was at my home within 2 hours. They began the removal that day and balance of the next few days removed any trace of mold. The guys were respectful of my home and were clean and organized. They also arrived on time each day! No lie on time! Once I realized that PRC was not a vendor that my HOA uses, i had to pay for the additional cost that my HOA had not approved. The accounting office was very helpful in providing many payment options that fit my budget. I can’t say enough good tints about PRC!

I have known Alfonso Arroyo of PRC for about 8 years and work with him frequently. Since he came to work at PRC, about two years ago, he has helped transform their mold remediation work into top notch work. Alfonso is extremely honest and ethical and can be trusted to give you the right advice. And should there be a problem, which often can happen with mold remediation, he will see it through to make sure things are okay.

Had a very positive experience working with PRC. PRC was recommended to us by an independent mold inspector so there is no conflict of interest. Alfonso was professional and communicated well regarding some work that we needed for mold remediation. He was able to work with our schedule on when the repair can be done. We were able to communicate via text messaging which made our lives much easier. All of the paperwork and billing was handled by the office smoothly as well.

I’m shocked by some of the reviews on here. I had nothing but excellent service. They did the remediation under our house when a pipe broke. They were efficient and and thorough. They also did the foundation repair. But the best part about them was their follow through by Emily in the billing and claims department. When they found out our claim was denied, they went to bat for us with Farmers. When I assumed they couldn’t do anything, I sent in my payment. They actually sent my money back and said they were still working with my insurance company! Most companies would have kept my money and stopped fighting on our behalf. In the end, our claim was denied. BUT PRC gave us a 25% discount. I rarely run into a business that really looks out for their customer. If you are unlucky enough to need their services I highly recommend them.

When I came home one evening and found water all over my kitchen and living room, I panicked. I immediately called my plumber and he fixed the pipe that had apparently burst suddenly. However, by this time it was already 10:30pm at night and I had standing water everywhere. I called PRC and was amazed how quickly they arrived and although it was late they were very understanding. I was explained how the whole process would work and that I would need to have my things packed out as well as my carpet ripped out. I was so stressed out. PRC reassured me that they would walk me through every step of the way. THEY DID!!! Both the technicians and the office staff were kind and patient with me. Once the drying process was done PRC’s repair department stepped in and began rebuilding my home. I am so glad I had PRC on my side through this ordeal. Not only did they do excellent work but they also handled the billing portion directly with my adjuster. If any of my family or friends ever have to go through something like this I would definitely recommend PRC.

This company has some major issues with invoicing. I requested an invoice on the work performed and then an estimate to restore my residence. Received a billing with services that had not been performed. When I called to dispute the bill I was told that’s the way the computer printed it out.
An incorrect statement was submitted to insurance company.
Be sure and review and double check your statement. They over charge!

Horrible service! I had a water leak under the house exactly a year ago and my plumber recommended them. I get its the holiday season but please finish the job correctly!!! They drained some not ally be water out and left fans over night… Next morning came to pick them up. I told them my house still smelled and didn’t care. I called so many times to complain and all they did was give me the run around. AVOID USING them !!! They sent me my bill for the remaining balance and I refused to pay them, that’s when I got people calling me back for payment. They threaten to send me to collections but I have pictures of their work so once I told them that, they sent me a letter saying they were sorry for the inconvenience they caused. Seriously they were so rude… I would never recommend them to anyone.

My plumber recommended PRC the night that my hot water line burst under my apartment building in the crawl space.
I called them that night around 7pm and their team showed up the next morning!!!
Oscar was very professional and thorough and explained exactly what we needed to do in order to clean up the mess… regardless of whether or not I chose to make a claim with my insurance company.
I could feel immediately that they worked with integrity and I was impressed with their equipment and the cleanliness of their trucks. All their guys showed up in uniforms and they all politely greeted me when they arrived.
I did choose to make a claim since my deductible was $ 5,000 and when we met with the claim adjuster… Oscar was great and it was reassuring that everything we had done in the first 24hrs was exactly what the insurance company would have wanted us to.
I obviously would use them again but to be honest I hope I don’t have any more pipes bursting on me!!!

I had mold problems at a home I was renting. PRC was able to work with the homeowner and provide him with all the necessary documents as well as work with my hectic schedule since the homeowner was miles away and unable to commute to allow the crew access to the property. They even came at 7:30 PM on day! Talk about working around the clock. They truly are a 24 hour business.

When it came to repairing the home, PRC not only kept the owner informed but was also able to keep me with the loop (once the owner gave permission). Once the repairs got started everything seems to fly by. The guys were in and out in 2 days.

Everyone was clean and tentative to my needs as I have young children and worried about dust and how it would affect our day to day lives. I would recommend these guys to anyone who has the unfortunate problem with mold remediation. They took care of me as I assume they would to the actual home owner.

I have used this company on several occasions and wouldnt recommend anyone else. They are very knowledgeable, professional and kind. They put up with my horrible insurance company and took care of all the remediation on time. My first leak occurred at 2 AM and they got started right away. 5 stars and hopefully I don’t need their services in the future… but if I do, I know who to call…
