My review is for the real estate school offered. The moment I went to the intro. meeting I was escorted to the class by the lovely and sweet Lisa and my dear Joyce. Hans explained the course very well, the material, time, price is very economical, and inspired the class of the opportunities we have at Century 21 and in the real estate business. A class is held every week on Wednesday, Jim is hilarious and experienced so makes the experience worth while and keeps us motivated in class. They provide everything for you to succeed in the business and happy I came here!

My review is for agent Vangie Cabrera. A few months ago I contacted Vangie asked if she could do some research and run the numbers on a condo my husband and I had purchased at the peak of the 2006 housing market. Due to the housing crash the value of the condo dropped substantially and we owe more than it is worth. Vangie was happy to evaluate our current position on the condo and determined that it is still probably not the right time to sell. I think another Realtor might have tried to push us toward selling even though it would mean writing a check at closing. Vangie is truly looking out for her clients best interests.
Keeping Vangie’s recommendation in the back of our minds, my husband and I wanted to try our luck to see if we could possibly get potential buyers because we are moving out of state and did not want to hassle with renters. After a few months on the market we only got one offer and it fell out of escrow because as Vangie said, our property did not appraise as much as our listing price. To make the long story short, we took our home off the market and decided to take Vangie’s advice and rent it out.
Hopefully when the market picks up I know I’ll be calling her to sell our condo. Vangie is honest and trustworthy. She is very diligent and responds to email, text and phone call within 24 hours and can be relied on.

This review is for Century 21 agents Raquel Dominguez and David Dominguez. My experience working with them was great. We originally signed an agreement to sell our home and purchase another. However due to unforseen circumstances we did not end up purchasing another home. Still, the process of selling our home went well. Raquel helped us to stage our home and gave us guidance on improvements we could do to increase the chance of selling. She was always willing to work with our schedules and was responsive to phone calls and texts. This is important to me because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with agents that were unavailable or unresponsive. When it comes to real estate, you often have to move quickly if you want your offer to be considered. After I called or messaged Raquel about a property of interest, she was immediately on the phone with the selling agent trying to get information. Overall, she and David are bright and personable and great at what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

OVERALL :
Our agent Cynthia M. was phenomenal during our house hunt! We knew what we wanted and she was very helpful and patient with us (especially since we were bombarding her with emails about multiple listings almost daily).
Fortunately, it only took us a couple months to find our home and coordinating things with Cynthia was a breeze (the banks/​escrow people? — not so much!). Cynthia went out of her way multiple times to make things happen quickly and without too much red tape. We also liked that she was always a simple call, email or text away.
