Shey Randolph, MD

Dr. Shey is knowledgeable, kind and caring. He will listen and help you if you are having neurological issues. I waited about 5 minutes to be seen from the time of my appointment, parking was simple (though there is a cost of $ 2-​$ 3 depending on the time you are there. Got set up for MRI right away and the office staff was polite, prompt and worked out the insurance approval all while I was seeing the MD. I will be a continuing patient with Dr. Shey. The office staff even was able to get me in promptly for a first patient visit. All in all I am impressed with Dr. Shey’s extensive experience and knowledge. And I am a picky RN who won’t see «just any doctor»

Worst doctor I have ever been to. And 3 ½ weeks later I still haven’t had a call back or results to my MRI. I had to personally drive to the imaging center and retrieve them myself. On top of that its like hell getting a hold of the office. I spent 4 days of all day calling and it went to a full mailbox. I am so thankful it was not what I thought I had and could have easily died trying to figure out what was going on with no response from this doctor. Oh and I forgot to mention from the second he walked into the office he basically rolled his eyes and told me he doesn’t know what he is gonna be able to do for me before I even explained what was happening… on top of that he refused to listen and made me feel like I was an idiot. I would not expect a doctor dealing with someone’s brain to be so unsympathetic and so harsh. Forget it if you wanna go to him. Your better off without…

This review is based solely upon the receptionist’s phone manners alone… Rude, condescending, ghetto. I was sortof teetering between two choices on who to go to. Her unprofessionalism set the tone, giving this place a bad vibe right from the start.

Dr Shey was the worst Dr I have ever been to as far as bedside manner. I hope to god I never have to go back to him. One of the nurses on the other hand should leave his office and work elsewhere because she is to good to work there. She was so kind and even gave me a hug when I told her why I was there…
ugh I am so disgusted

So, wasn’t excited about having to go to ANOTHER DOCTOR but that’s the way it goes. I guess my review isn’t so much about Dr. Shey but his Staff. . RUDE! It’s bad enough that people are hesitant about going to see a doctor, but then to have to deal with nurses that could careless whether you’re there or not. . Come On! There was a sliding glass window that made it IMPOSSIBLE to talk to them and they made sure they didn’t talk to you for ANY REASON. Dr. Shey had the WORST bed-​side manner BUT i hear he’s a really good doctor in the end. I will let you know enl
