It’s very rare that I take my car to a private auto shop, mostly because of the stories I hear about scams and how most mechanic tries to take advantage of their customers. Was referred here 2 years ago and been coming back to get all my BMW 328i service here since then. Mark is direct and very thorough in his explanation of car services/​maintenance needed. He is diligent and makes sure you’re car is service quickly and timely to get you back on the road again. The shop has quite a unique touch to it, the shop ceiling is covered with neatly lined RedBull cans. I think it’s pretty cool and unique. Great auto shop to have your car service at because you only receive the top best service.

I just had my motor changed out on my saturn due to a bent piston rod in the old one, and not only was the price uncomparably better then any other shop around, but Mark went and found me a used motor in Texas with only 30,000 miles on it! Not only that but after he installed it (cars running perfectly now by the way), he voluntarily helped me sell the old motor! It was also very comforting knowing that my car was in the hands of guys that were building anything from race cars to old vintage corrivettes from scratch right there in the same workspace as my saturn. The work done in bishop customs is fantastic and after just one trip to Mark my car is kink free and running great. I would highly advise bringing your car here and using there services.

I brought my used Turbo 1989 Toyota Supra to Bishop Customs for a DriftMotion transmission upgrade and to fix a few other issues.
When I received my car back and I could not have been happier with the service I received from these guys. Mark, the owner, is very knowledgable and he took his time to explain in great detail all work that went into my car. To my surprise he even kept the old parts to show me the condition they were in. Then as he explained further he showed me pictures he took of the process.
What else can you ask for? If that doesn’t show you the quality of work these guys do, I don’t know what will. It’s rare to find a good mechanic now-​a-​days and to think, they do custom work too! Come on now?!
I’ll definitely be back to get more work done here.

Bought my BMW Alpina B7 to these guys for some work. Basically, BMW did some cheap engineering on the hood release cable and the BMW dealer didn’t do an install correctly on my hood dampener so my hood cable broke while trying to open a jammed hood. Long story short they had to really get under the car to get the hood to open because the BMW dealer didn’t do a very good job and BMW under engineered the hood release cable mechanism.
While under there, they noticed my «O» ring was leaking on my supercharger. Again, the supercharger was repaired by the BMW dealer about a year ago. (not good). Then they also noticed that my active sway bar was leaking. Luckily that was covered under warranty.
So, my car is back in tip top shape and fun as ever to drive.

Mark is an incredible mechanic and visionary when it comes to custom builds! I have been taking my challenger to him for any and all needs and builds! I refuse to take it to any one else. I highly reccommend his shop and services! Mark is my go-​to guy and I feel very lucky to have been recommended to him some years ago!

Heard about Bishop through a friend. Brought my car in to be serviced and I must say, Ive never felt more comfortable and happy with the service I recieved. Mechanics usually swindle people: girls especially, but Mark was super helpful, explained everything he was fixing/​replacing. Super friendly, trustworthy and reasonable. I’ve HIGHLY recommended Bishop to friends and family who’ve also loved the service!
