This facility is part of a national chain. While the customer service is excellent, the emphasis of safety and quality is noticeably absent. After taking delivery of my vehicle, I brought it to my dealer for mechanical repairs. The dealer found that the body shop failed to put in bolts and clips for the front bumper. The exact words of the dealership personnel to my father was «hanging by a thread» in reference to the bumper. While they did go over and fix it, I asked for a 10% refund of $ 500 for the inconvenience which they denied. This is a small concession to show how sorry they were for impugning the safety of my passengers and I.
I have no idea if missing parts is a standard practice. If you must use this shop, be very careful and have your car checked by an expert afterward. The dealership saved my life!
