Bob & Son’s Automotive Center

My regular mechanic closed down so Ive been looking for a new one. I was having major problems with my car’s acceleration and one mechanic I went to (before Bob & Sons) told me «he couldn’t find anything wrong with it.»
But I was barely making it over the bridge to Philly, something was definitely wrong. Brought it into Bob and Son’s and was told my catalytic converter was cracked, among a few faulty sensors. I researched the symptoms of these claims and everything was in line with what Ed, a Bob&son’s mechanic, diagnosed me as. The prices were fair relative to other mechanics, too.
Ed was very helpful through the process and the team got my car back to me quickly. Upon completion, I noticed a new, minor cosmetic buzzing noise that would appear at low speeds, but when I mentioned it, Ed was quick to bring me in, diagnose, and fix it free of cost, even staying a little later because of my schedule getting messed up.
All in all, I’m very happy that my car is back running smoothly and am highly satisfied with Bob and Son’s customer service. Will come back if I have any futuew problems. Thanks guys
