History

Established in 1980.

In 1964, Ronald Wagner opened Wagner Motor Sales in Boylston, Massachusetts. It started as a used car lot and then progressed to AMC. In 1980, Mr. Wagner was offered the chance to start a Mercedes-Benz franchise and then a few years down the road came BMW (1988), Audi (1994), and Jaguar (1998).

In July of 2010, Wagner Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury open its doors for business. After 30 years in Boylston, we moved Mercedes-Benz to a state of the art «Auto Haus» facility on route 9 in Shrewsbury that can provide Sales, Service, Parts, and newly acquired by Mercedes-Benz «Sprinter».

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. I just purchased my second car here at the end of December and they are just super to deal with. Ben Boomer made my recent sales process the easiest it could have been and he was so awesome to deal with. I do all of my service here as well and couldn’t be happier with all of them. From the guy who takes my car, the girls at the desk to the service guys (I typically have Gil and Emile), they are all so fantastic to deal with start to finish. I’ll never go anywhere else. Awesome dealership who truly put the customer first.

Ben Hopper finally closed the deal on my new Ram. This salesman was awesome in providing me with a pleasant buying experience for once. After shopping around and returning to some past dealerships I purchased from, it was Wagner Mercedes that made the best sense to buy there. The dealership was

I had a great experience purchasing my Mercedes-Benz from Wagner Mercedes. I was treated with respect. I was not forced into any deals. They worked with me on a budget to afford the automobile. Customer services was prompt and kind. To close the deal I asked for a mug and a baseball cap and poof! I had them both no problem! Free car washes. No bullshit, straight to the point! I loved the pictures of Ronald Reagan on all the desks! I will purchase a gain and recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a Mercedes-Benz.

I bought my M-Class here and it was a good experience. The salesman Josh was nice and considerate. Had a good time test driving the car too. Everything was pretty fast. They told me that the car will be ready in 2 days to pick up but it was ready the very next day which was good. I did have to wait at least 30 min. to meet with manager for finances and stuff it is still better than inifiniti or other dealerships where it takes hours but I would expect a little more from mercedes.
I also own a Hyundai which I bought in NY and there speed and service was impeccable.
The dealership is also nice and clean, they will ask you for water coffee etc. which is the usual every place else now so overall I think this place is good to make a purchase.
Only thing I would suggest is that this place can definitely utilize a little more lively atmosphere or a little more smile. Everybody I met was pretty serious except the manager of dealership.
I will update this review once I go in for service cuz that’s where you really see the true color of a dealership.

I’ve been having my C-Class serviced here for a little while now and was blown away by the level of service they provide. When it came time to replace one of my other cars, I stopped in to look at a GLK. I was greeted at the door by Lou Forti. After a short conversation about what I was looking for, he was able to find a GLK that met all of my requirements (packages, appearance, etc). I don’t know how he did it, it’s as if he had the entire inventory in his head! Lou’s ability to listen to what I was looking for and find the right vehicle (at the right price) really impressed me.
Within a few days, I was driving off the lot in my new Benz; it was so easy! I can’t imagine going anywhere else or to someone other than Lou for my next vehicle.

I recently purchased a car from Louis Forti. First, let me just say that he’s not your typical car salesman. He wasn’t pushy and obnoxious and didn’t try to sell me a car I didn’t want. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Mercedes cars (I was very impressed…). By the time I left that evening, felt like we had known each other for years. Its not often that you find a genuinely nice guy in the car sales business. I highly recommend going to see him if you are interested in purchasing a Mercedes Benz.
Everyone is nice and a pleasure to deal with when I need a service done on my car. Darren Young has been assisting me for several years and he’s never disappointed me. Again, a genuine, honest guy that knows his stuff. Everyone is really great… including the finance manager, Dan Steely.
I will definitely purchase my next Mercedes Benz at Wagner Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury.

On Tuesday January 10, 2012 I walked into the Mercedes-Benz dealership of Shrewsbury and was greeted with friendly faces and smiles. I was offered assistance and asked to be sure to let anyone in their team know if I had any questions, however, never once was I pressured or harassed by the sales team while leisurely considering my options in the showroom and outdoor lot. With the assistance of Adam Orlando, I was able to test drive the 2012 GLK350 on the spot from which I should note, an impressive number of GLKS in varying colors and options was available to meet anyone’s needs. Before I knew it, I fell in love with the vehicle and walked out within the hour with a brand new GLK. Adam and his colleague, Glenn Shaw, both were extremely helpful in facilitating the paperwork process making it actually an enjoyable and exciting experience for me. Since the purchase I’ve received an impressive 3 follow up customer service calls from Adam, Glenn, and the General Manager, Aidan Power, ensuring I was still satisfied with my vehicle. I’m extremely pleased with the recent purchase and would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury, the staff, and of course the vehicle to anyone looking for a well-rounded, safe SUV.
