I am so happy that we found Wagner Kia. Car shopping can be frustrating and you always wonder about the deal you got and whether or not it was good– but I can honestly say my experience with Chris (the sales manager) and Brian (salesman) was top notch. The honesty and team attitude was exactly what we needed after having awful experiences at other dealers. We will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you for making our experience great and selling us the car of my daughters dream.

The worst Dealer ship ever…
I bought preowned Acura RDX 2007 for $ 14,500.00 from Wagner kia in Shrewsbury, Ma. the sales woman told me it is in mint condition, I took the car for road test for a few minutes .I heard a little noise under the hood for a few seconds, I told her about that… she said that she did not hear anything and if there is anything wrong with the car… they will take care of it and fix it for sure… then we did sign the papers and I drove the car to my house which it is six miles away from the dealer… by the time I got home… the noise went louder. and I found out the AC is not working, I called her. telling her about that… she asked me to bring it back at morning to see what they can do, I took it back… they kept the car for 2 days, they did fix the AC and told me will not make noise anymore, I did trust them because suppose I deal with decent dealer!!! I took the car. drove home to find out that no radio .no navigation .no back up cam system… a lot of things are not working because there are 2 cods have to enter them to the car“s computer, I called them back. they said I have to call Acura dealer to get the cods and they have nothing to do with that. I took the car to Acura dealer and asked them for the cods and to do full check up on the car because I could not trust Wagner Kia anymore .they found a lot of problems with the car and it will coast almost $ 3000.00 to be fixed. I took the report after paying $ 211.00 and went back to Wagner kia, they told me the sales manger is not there today and they will show him the report on the following day and then will call me, I kept waiting for three days and I have not heard from them. I called more than 10 times and every time they answer and put me through mail box, I tried to call the sales woman but no answer, after 5 or 6 times she called me back saying «the car passed the state inspection .that is it… nothing we can do for you. bye»…she was very rude.
For whoever responsable about Wagner Kia Shrewsbury, Ma. for me it is not about the money. it is principle matter. you need to learn how to honer your promise and show respect to the business you do .I own business too and I deal with hundreds of customers, and you have my word that I will tell every single one of them about my experience with Wagner Kia to tell their families and their friends … BETTER TO BUY A CAR FROM SOMEONE ON THE SIDE WALK THAN BUYING A CAR FROM WAGNER KIA… SHAME ON YOU.

We made the mistake of purchasing a car from here two years ago. The car was a total lemon, but the dealer would take no accountability.
When we received a mailing recently encouraging owners to trade in their kias for leases on new cars, the dealer offered us a trade in that was half as much as other local big dealers (Herb Chambers, westborough Buick/​GMC, Herb Connellly Chevrolet), when we bought it there!!!
Save yourself the hassle, and go somewhere else.

My daughter was in need of a new car and we set out to find one for her. Our mechanic recommended Hyundai or Kia when buying new now, This was the first dealership we entered. Going mid weekday was an advantage as it was not busy and we had a very helpful salesman who assisted her in finding the right size (compact/​Forte) and style (4door) for her needs and budget. We took it for a test drive and she liked it. Did not buy then, but she was favorably impressed with the product and the low pressure. We subsequently visited 4 other dealerships with 4 other makes and after the process was over, she decided to come back to Wagner. Her salesman had his day off, so Jason, the sales manager, we had met prior, helped us, and let us just take the car out again by ourselves for another look. He gave us everything he could for price and was very patient with the process. The business manager got us through quickly with the loan and paperwork and didn’t try to push products on us, which I appreciate. Daughter is very happy with her first new car purchase and I don’t blame her. Only 2 small complaints about the dealership which would not deter me from returning: 1. the showroom is tired and a bit dirty. 2. the doc fees are $ 389 which seems about $ 100 too high and non-​negotiable

Worst car buying experience. Went in with a good understanding of what I wanted. I was told I needed a co signer. When I called to let them know I had one and was ready to come in the next day to buy a car, I was told to wait till 2 days later so that who I first spoke to would be there to get the commission. Talk about customer service! I’m willing to come in and buy a car and you tell me to come in two days later? Well one day later I purchased a new car with rt 2 Hyundai in Leominster which I highly recommend

I was trying to rebuild my credit after a repo in August of 2013 and I took my time looking for a used vehicle using
, btw great place to start. I needed something I knew would work with my budget, cost and down payment for me and the bank. I found a vehicle at Wagner Kia to fit into all of the above requirements. I was nervous about going into the dealership because of how I had been treated from another dealership due to my credit issues. From the moment I had stepped into this place, I felt comfortable with the staff. I sat with Carol, GREAT PERSON, ask for her! We took a test drive, filled out paperwork and was approved within the hour. I can’t thank you enough Carol! If you have hesitation because of credit issues, don’t be. I hit hard times and was rebuilding, not all dealerships are the same and I’m a story that validates it. I bought a beautiful used car for $ 8998 with $ 2000 down, APPROVED! Interior, exterior was nice, smooth ride and I couldn’t be happier. The used vehicles on this lot are worth checking out first before you attempt going to a buy here pay here type dealership. FYI after researching, and I have researched my info, a lot of the guaranteed credit approval places offer that because they buy damaged goods and fix them up for resale so if a loan goes sour they are not losing much and they repo the vehicle for resale to another unsuspecting victim, not all but most. When you see auto work shop near the sales sign, that’s the key to a bad deal. Try Wagner Kia in Shrewsbury, MA. The worst that can happen is you tried!

easily the worst dealer ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I dont think theres a tech there that has any clue how to fix a car except for a younger guy named anthony. the «shop foreman» Kevin, and i put that in quotes because i thougth the foreman was supposed to be the best tech in the shop, the guy that can fix everything, is a horrible tech. Basically seems to guess on most repairs and hes easily the rudest most condescending person ive ever dealt with. Kias are horrible cars to begin with and then add in the fact that the techs cant diagnose their way out of a wet paper bag and you get the biggest trainwreck of a dealership ive ever been to. Stay far far away.

People in service department are rude to women. I had brought my Kia Soul on a Saturday to have my brakes inspected and based on the inspection made an appointment to bring the car in on Monday for a front and rear brakes. I had my wife drop off the car on Monday. She was totally ignored for over ten minutes then when she explained that she had an appointment and was just dropping off the car they rudely quizzed her on what service was needed, whether it was both front and rear brakes, etc. She told them that she wasn’t sure but that the car was in on Saturday and they had discussed the service with me and I had authorized what was to be done. The finally acknowledged what was to be done but still had her wait until they printed an authorization form for her to sign. Won’t be back and certainly will not be purchasing another car from any in the Wagner group.

Service– is slow. Always seems to be «low on staff.» I purchased my Sorrento at another dealer because, they didn’t have the deals that they were offering and the prices were much lower not to mention the price of the administration fee which was $ 299 where I went.
The waiting room is very drab it feels cold and needs more appeal they definitely need a designer to come in here and make it more warm and inviting there is no music playing it is a really really boring environment to be in the dealers room.
I would like to add that people here are nice and courteous. Despite of the minor cosmetics.
There is complimentary coffee, tea, water available in the waiting area and a sad tray of pastries and bagels. Also a very annoying large screen TV that you cannot view because of the glare from the bright white fluorescent bulbs. As you are sitting in ripped chairs!!! Come on!
Honda Herb Chamber’s has a kick ass waiting room with all amenities that one would want including Dunkin Donuts, ice cream, if you have kids with you vending machines and complimentary shuttle to the local mall, while waiting for one hour.

My wife and recently bought a Kia Optima Hybrid at Wagner Kia. As with any car-​buying experience, we weren’t exactly sure what to expect when we walked in.
We were pleasantly surprised. Our salesperson Carol, while really busy, was also pleasant and direct. The manager, Tonia, was accommodating and helpful. We went in thinking that we would only be able to get a used car on our budget, but we ended up being able to get a great deal on a Hybrid, which was what we really wanted. Jason, the business manager, was clear and helpful around all the financing and option details.
They did get very busy… that’s the only thing I can criticize.
We really love the car so far. Haven’t had any experience yet with the Service Department… I guess I can update this later.

The sales person was very nice and friendly and the test drive experience was great — we were able to drive/​take enough time for me to really feel comfortable that I got a good feel for the vehicle. I didn’t end up buying the vehicle (I wanted to pay for a vehicle outright — no financing — and I had a specific budget that I wanted to stay within). They did try to work with me, but they were unable to get the price down to my budget (which I do not fault them for). The next day the sales person contacted me (just to follow up and see if I had any questions etc) or if he could assist me further, which was nice (it wasn’t a «pestering» or «pushy» type of call, he seemed like he did want to try his best to help me buy the SUV (used Kia Sorento). I ended up buying a different SUV (used Chevy Equinox) from a different dealer. Overall, the customer service (sales team) experience was very good. Just a side note — their «fees» were $ 399 (non-​negotiable) no matter how you paid for the vehicle, the other dealership I went to, charged me only $ 100 in fees (in Mass the dealerships can charge whatever they want for these fees — I did my research online and found out that some states regulate these fees (unfortunately, Mass doesn’t) and I saw what those regulated states charge for dealership fees and it’s around $ 100-​$ 200 on average — just throwing that out there.

My husband purchased a Kia Soul a couple of years ago from this dealership. The whole buying experience was fine. I think car buying is a wretched experience in and of itself. I wouldn’t say we got exordinary service there. It seemed to take forever, but that’s not really my complaint with this dealership.
It’s the service department! The service deptment really leaves a LOT to be desired. I went in with my husband’s Kia for routine service. They asked if I wanted a car wash and vaccum. I asked if it was free. They said yes! I was all excited about that. The service took forever! I waited a long time. I had my 5 year old with me this day & he quickly got bored of their play area. We waited over an hour & a half for an oil change. They come to get me and I check out the car. Didn’t look clean or vaccumed at all!!! Really? Something as simple as a car wash and vaccum. If they can’t be trusted to do the simplest of things how can you trust them to do work on your vehicle? I don’t know much about cars so I’m sure I could be easily duped. My husband also gets a gift card from Kia because of improper gas mileage disclosure. Every year he has to have his mileage certified by the dealership. I gave them the form, but they never sent it in to corporate! The husband had to call them a couple of times to make sure they did it.
My sister in law owns a Kia Sedona and has had nothing but trouble with the vehicle. I don’t know if she got a lemon, doesn’t take care of it properly or what, but ever dealings she has had with the Kia Dealership in Shrewsbury has been a nitemare for her! She is having a problem now and they dealership told her they couldn’t look at her van for an entire week!
My husband recently traded his Kia Soul in for a Honda CRV. We have always been extremely pleased with Lundgren Honda. Kia makes decent cars at decent prices, but never again will we buy a Kia because of Wagner Kia. Beware!

Very nice people!

I went there today to test drive some cars and was taken on a wild ride down Route 9. My husband and I tried out one vehicle and we were unwhelmed with it. I told the salesman and he popped in the drivers seat and told us to get in. His display of speed down Route 9 was terrifying! We did meet with another salesman, Don, and he was very pleasant. If they had had a car I wanted, I would have happily signed with Don.
