Clean and well-organized Home Depot with a good selection of heavy duty 6-shelf storage units with various depths and designs, ample free parking lot, etc. The sturdy package fitted easily in the car. The heavy duty 6-shelf storage unit was easy to build and versatile. The chrome gives an edgy industrial look to the space.

Employees are extremely rude. Especially people at the service desk. People have have questions, if you don’t want to work, why not quit. Don’t bother going here go to Lowes. Great costumer service. 12 – 11115

As a heads up, I am giving this review only for the rental department. The rest of the staff in the store are incredibly helpful and nice people.(just trying to get their attention. if it gets better, I always retract my reviews) However, just watch out if you decide to rent tools from them. The people who staff that department have always been really coarse and rude. I’ve been here about 7 years and it’s not even the same people. I’m sure dealing with clueless renters is stressful and all, but it’s always been a aggravating/depressing experience, even as a non-clueless person. I return the stuff on time, I clean it, I don’t waste their time, don’t argue about the time limits, yet it always feels like I’m somehow inconveniencing the staff. As if I was trying to borrow their personal tools and then took a giant shit on the floor. Except I’m not. I’m renting company tools. With, you know, money. Also didn’t take a dump on the floor. I just don’t get it. Switch the people out if they find it too stressful. How long can the rental training take? 1 – 2 weeks to get caught up on the machines and protocol? Take any random employee and sit them through a couple bad VHS training videos. And put the debby downers where they don’t have to face customers. Come on Home depot!
