History
Established in 1988.
Federico and Clelia Dalia started the first Federico’s Pizza in Atlantic Highlands, N. J in 1988. Sea Bright and Belmar later followed. In 1998 they open there Shrewsbury location were there son Victor owns today. Family owned locations can also be visited in Brick, N.J. were Federico himself can be found still tossing homemade dough.

At the age of 8 I started by cleaning tables and washing dishes for mom and pop on weekends in are pizzeria in Atlantic Highlands. At 12 I was making pies and slinging slices in the summer heat in are Sea Bright location, not knowing it was setting up what now is my true passion. Owning one of best pizzerias in the greater Red Bank area. I bring 23 years of knowledge and passion to table everyday I open the shop door. «I LOVE WHAT I DO».
