Wise Ways Moving

We used Wise Ways Moving in 2014 for our move from Bothell to another state. Overall, we were impressed.
After speaking with multiple moving companies, we found Wise Ways buried here on Unilocal.We contacted them and the owner Dante visited us to estimate the price, ending up with a flat-​rate quote of N dollars, which we accepted after later phone discussion with his wife. (We had already self-​packed most smaller items and planned to take the most valuable things ourselves.)
The labor crew, including Dante, came in a rented truck within the arranged time period and took away our boxes as well as packing up the many furniture items, TVs, and other larger things. We had no problems with the carefulness or friendliness/​courtesy of the crew.
We met Dante and crew again 3 days later at our new place. They brought in the boxes, unpacked and placed what they had packed earlier according to our directions, and made sure everything was in order when they left. Again, they were careful and friendly.
Payment was with credit card. The company requested for half to be paid before leaving and the other half on arrival, which we agreed to.
Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Wise Ways to others with little or no hesitation.

I was disappointed to say the least. I was told between 1 & 3. Didn’t show until 4. That late in the day on I-​5 slowed the drive time so I had to pay for nearly an hour to my house (for 3 guys) I asked for 3 guys so it could get done faster. 2 of the guys worked their butts off! They were also really nice and great customer service. The 3^rd guy was a waste of money. He didn’t do half of what either of the other guys did. Later my son-​in-​law told me that same guy had dropped a box out in the driveway and left glass from aquarium out there. It was getting late at my new house so I told them to line the walls with the boxes. When I realized they were putting them all in a pile 5 feet high, I decided not to cause a fuss. We were all really tired. This was 1 week ago. I was beginning to think my son-​in-​law was imagining things when I finally got to one of the last boxes in the pile!
It was a storage box with the top broken and broken vases and broken scentsy. I believe the box was hidden there! Things were such a jumbled up mess that I think a few things fell out and they were just thrown back in. They had also told me I would get a discount for paying cash. Of course I got cash. Then I was told that if I wanted a receipt, I would have to call the office!

The move cost a lot more than we were quoted but the movers were great and did a very good job!

Moving blows. It is literally the worst. So, when you find a company that makes moving less painful you gotta shout their praises from the rooftop!
We adored the gentlemen who came out to move our items. They were kind, patient, and efficient! Scheduling was a breeze, I think I worked with the owner’s wife to get it scheduled and we were able to get our preferred date and time.
We liked them so much that we even recommended them to my mother in law for her move. That was the true challenge for them, really. Imagine a huge mansion with 10 inhabitants’ worth of stuff crammed into a 3 bedroom house. It was intense, and overwhelming, but they handled it with aplomb. I would recommend them to anyone!

This was the first time I’ve use a moving service and Wise Ways was able to provide me with a quick, painless, and affordable move. The two man crew consisted of Kyle and Drew, both were very helpful and were able to explain the whole process and were clear about billing. I felt comfortable with them coming into my home and they were able to accommodate my moving needs. The billing and rate information is on their site, but for those of you that missed it: Time billed is from port to port. And not on their site, they offer a 5% discount for cash.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Friendly, timely, and give a decent price… all-​around AWESOME! They moved my larger items almost a year ago, and if I move again, I’m definitely going back!

Hired a two man crew (Kyle and Fransisco, i think) to move the heaving/​awkward items from Redmond to Lynnwood. They were fantastic. Everything was packed carefully and efficiently. Will definitely hire them next time we move and refer them to everyone we know.

We hired Dante and a crew of 2 other movers this Sunday for a short move. They arrived on time. Everyone on the team was extremely polite and personable, but they were efficient and got the job done in under 2 ½ hours. They did a great job at keeping delicate items safe. Moving is really stressful, so I’m very happy that I didn’t have to worry about the moving company. Their fee was totally affordable and well worth it. I’m going to go out of my way to recommend them to anyone in the area who is moving.

I hired Wise Ways Moving recently and had EXCELLENT service. Everything from their response to phone calls, arranging an estimate, booking the move, all the way through the move was EXCELLENT. The 3-​man crew were the most polite and hard-​working fellows I have had the good fortune of meeting. Moving is such a stressful time and they just took all the stress away and were so pleasant, easy-​going, yet very hard-​working. I heartily recommend Dante and his business. He figured out a way to save me money due to a need to store my belongings for two days between loading and unloading, which was one of the most worrisome pieces of this move for me. Their work was well within the estimated time and cost. I will definitely hire them again on my next move. The cost was very affordable and worth much more than words can describe! These guys were awesome! They were so polite and really hustled. It was such a relief after the horrible job the other guys did. Dante, John and (I don’t remember his name!) were just the best. Hire them — they were amazing! And they have great rates!

We hired Dante and his crew to help with a local move on Tuesday. We had friends help us over the weekend with the smaller items and Dante helped finish up the bigger pieces of furniture. After 3 hours of loading, it became evident we had underestimated how much stuff we had for his crew. He politely told me that he had another smaller crew at a different site that had finished and wanted to bring them over to ramp things up. With the 90F+ temps, I was all for it! When the extra guys showed up things moved so much faster and I think everyone’s spirits were lifted. Dante’s crew of guys are professional, quiet and courteous. We are so glad we picked them as our movers.

We hired Dante and his crew today for a local move. We just needed the big stuff. The were on time. Polite and nice while still getting the move done in a timely manner. Very careful in moving all my furniture, really took the time to make sure everything was fitting where it needed to.
Really efficient and well with in the time and budget they gave me.
Hope I don’t have to move anytime soon :) but if I do I know who I am hiring.

These guys are awesome! Dante & his crew (I can’t recall his name at the moment, even though he was great) are wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say. I’ll definitely be hiring them to move me again, and highly recommend using them. They are by far, the best movers I’ve used, & I’ve had to use several. They’re professional, polite, helpful, and respectful. They do a great job and I highly recommend hiring them for your move.

Went with these guys based on their positive Unilocal reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Very nice and careful guys, and with a very reasonable rate. If you’re considering moving, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for help. My move (albeit a small one) was quite painless. :)

Dante and his team just packed us and moved us last Thursday and Friday. They were amazing! Professional and courteous.. .they finished ahead of schedule and under budget. I think they saved my sanity!

My husband just had knee surgery a little over a year ago. We had never hired a moving company before so we didn’t know what to expect. Dante (owner) and his movers worked quickly and were very professional. Turns out this is a fairly new business! I’m truly impressed. I love supporting our local businesses. We hired Dante, his crew and truck to move us the day after Thanksgiving. They showed up right on time with everything we needed for the move and worked hard the whole time! They were able to move our 4 bedroom 2500 sq ft home in under 7 hours! They were so polite, professional and made a very stressful move so easy. I totally recommend Wise Ways Moving. I moved from a 3 bedroom house to a two bedroom townhome across town and they made my move easy and stress-​free! Dante (the owner) is very knowledgeable and respectful — even providing tips to save time along the way which I appreciated. Their rates for 2 men + truck were very reasonable. I compared and contrasted and weeded through all the ads on craigslist. I was so happy that I chose them!
