Beautiful job! Best gutters we’ve ever had. They hug the fascia and siding well so nothing will catch on them Excellent responsiveness — he even called because he was going to be 10 minutes late. He customized for our rain barrels and reduced the price for shortening the downspouts to accommodate them. He worked in a monsoon without complaining and even pulled some fallen limbs off the roof just because he could reach them while he was up there. You can tell he loves doing a good job for its own sake and likes working with the best materials. Ron’s been around in this area for a long time. Pleasant. No BS. Knows his craft. We would use him again.

Ron is very responsive to phone calls, returning them in the evenings. He showed up when he said he would to do the estimate. He was personable, knowledgeable, and experienced. During the installation process, he discovered rotten wood on my house and asked my permission to replace it, which I gave. He charged me very little for the new wood, and he had all the supplies in his truck. It took him only one day to install my gutters and they and the drainspouts so far have worked great. The installation looks good. Ron is a professional.

The owner was extremely rude on the phone. If you are looking for a service experience he is not your guy. I had one phone call with the guy and left angry enough to leave a negative review here. Ruined my evening.

Ron and I did not get off to a good start in our relationship but we eventually came to an understanding and I was blown away with how awesome he was once the job started. He arrived on time every day and did an amazing professional job, and my gutters were mounted in the best possible way. He even fixed some shoddy work done by someone who installed a cable across the fascia board of my house, by removing it and reinstalling it under the edge of the new gutter so it was completely invisible. He was very kind and patient and worked very well with the other crews from other contractors that were on site at my property. You might pay less in another company but there’s a reason why the old saying goes you get what you pay for and with Ron I got the total package I could not recommend him more highly.

Just got off the phone with Ron. I guess business is good because after making an appointment with them for gutter repair/​replacement, he called to say he was not «interested» in coming to Bellevue to work.
COLD, …this was not for estimate, this was for an actual job. Too bad. They are obviously not professionals. just looking for easy work.
Do not waste your time waiting for them, just to have them turn you down at the last minute. His office asked me to assure them that this was a firm job today… and he would be out day after tomorrow. Tonight, he calls at 7:30 pm to say, NO.
Now, I have to start at square one tomorrow.
Update:
Ron has his facts wrong. He did not call to «kindly» let me know he could not work on EIFS or stucco homes.
He did not know my home was stucco until the very end of the call when I asked if he could recommend someone and described the problem.
He was adamant ‚“I am not driving all the way to Bellevue” His message on my phone is clear. «At this time, I am not interested in coming all the way to Bellevue».
When he heard we had stucco, the answer was «I can’t work on that, my insurance won’t let me. Sorry, good-​bye».
Then, I get a very angry phone call from him demanding that I remove my review.
Scary.

A portion of my gutters were pooling water and pulled away from the house, allowing insects into the attic. Several estimators came out and Ron was the only one who correctly identified the underlying problem. Ron replaced the gutters and the rotted fascia, realigning them to correct the problems, and the results looked great. The initial work was good so I had Ron come out a second time to do additional work. After hanging the gutters, one of the downspouts was misaligned, so Ron returned to rehang that gutter portion and fix the problem. The end result was very good, and I’d have Ron come out for any other gutter issues I have in the future.

So… a gutter came off my house during a recent wind storm and Ron came to the rescue! He was fast (he came a few hours after we spoke), friendly, affordable and honest. I had a few other small gutter issues and he gave me some free advice on what to do with those. He’s been doing gutters forever… now I know why he’s still around. He seems more concerned about quality than a fast buck…

I just happened to be looking on Google for gutter guard info and noticed Gutter Factory on Unilocal.I hope I can spare others the nightmare I endured with this company when I had them replace my gutters.

It has been a several years.
Overflowing gutters, that had been mounted too low below a roof valley, had resulted in water backing up into and rotting the facia in the middle of the front of my house. Specifically, I asked bidders if they could/​would install the new gutters so the water would actually flow on decline, away to the downspouts. Ron assured me that it could and would be done. At the time, that was the most important thing to me.
I was new to home ownership and had never hired a contractor before, so I did not get that promise in writing. Lesson learned!!! However, I was not so new that I did not know my property quite well.
Ron was several weeks later than he had said he would be in starting. When he arrived, he had another worker with him. Soon after starting, they told me that facia had to be replaced on one side of the house. This was unexpected, but their presentation sounded reasonable, so I said to go ahead, agreeing to pay the extra cost. Then they proceeded with replacing the gutters.
They came and said I had to have a downspout at the point where he had promised to reposition the gutter. I did not want a downspout there, right in the middle of the front. I wanted the gutters positioned to channel the water to the downspouts that already existed. They refused. They left it ill positioned. (I now have a hole in that gutter corner with a rain chain draining into a big pot.)
Then they wanted to put another downspout in front of my windows in the kitchen: right in front of them! I said «no» to that, too. Then, they said a downspout had to be added to another place in front of the house, this one where there was not even a wall. I said «no».
They also said they needed to drain the roof water down over the surface of a hill in the back yard. I said «no» to that, too.
Also, they told me that one of my downspouts didn’t work anymore. I knew that not to be true because I had recently cleaned the gutters, myself, and it drained just fine. I could hear it quite well. The water rushing through it is pretty loud.
They had everything all torn up; I could not imagine how to get out of the mess I was in with them
Although it was plain to me that what they were insisting on was neither necessary nor reasonable, I was beginning to feel crazy with all their pressure. I checked with others I trusted so I could tell if what they were insisting on was really necessary. I found agreement that it was not, but I did not know how to require them to do the work right. What needed to be done was to have the gutters repositioned so the water would be able to flow downward to the downspouts, but they had already mounted them badly and were not willing to admit that they needed to reposition them. They were pressuring me hard to accept the downspouts and surface run-​off.
Eventually, desperate, I suggested a workaround. They agreed. They mounted short gutters that ran from where they wanted downspouts to the existing downspouts. They positioned them under the main ones with short downspouts from the ones above.
Then, down below, instead of running the water over the hill surface, they added gutters along the wall under my deck from one downspout to another.
The work-​arounds allowed them to finish the job without doing it properly, but at least there were no downspouts running down the middle of the front and off the side of an otherwise empty space at the front entrance or in front of a window! What I did not realize was that they had placed the lower gutters so close to the upper ones that getting a hand in to clean the lower ones would be impossible; and there doesn’t seem to be a tool shaped to do the job, either.
They also had the gall to charge me for the extra gutter materials and the time it took to do the work-​arounds.
I was grieving the loss of my mother and had no fight in me then. Although I was very strapped for money and was feeling very abused by them, I paid their bill in full because I badly needed peace of mind and I knew a fight would not bring it, at least not as soon as I needed it.
They left a mess in the yard. Months later, I was still finding their debris in in my gardens below. Souvenirs
I have always wondered if the fact that I was a woman was why I received such rotten treatment from them.
Especially if you are a woman, or new to hiring contractors, I would suggest a Homeowner’s Club membership. They will require the work to be completed in an acceptable manner. It is worth the $ 45 fee. I wish I had known about them when I had my gutters replaced!

Ron and Gutter Factory Inc did an amazing job. We were able to get a quick bid at a great price, and the work on garage gutter was done the next day. It is evident by the quality of the workmanship that Ron and his team have been in this industry as long as they have. He did an amazing job. I highly recommend Gutter Factory to anyone that needs this kind of work done.

Gutters are like anything else, you don’t think of them until they fail you. And the reasons why they fail are as much the homeowners fault as it is the installer.
I was recommended Ron Moore of the Gutter Factory by another reputable contractor who did great work. And even though our job was a rather small installation and downspout assignment Ron went the extra step to make things right. He gave me a quick lesson on taking care of the virtually carefree gutters as well. Suggesting that because of using quality materials that they would last us easily upwards of 30 years.
Talking more with Ron I learned that his passion is in restoring older homes to their original character. His experience of 39 years in the gutter business is built on this very same passion.
Do yourself a favor and take care of your gutters during the slow season (Spring and Summer) and you’ll be a whole lot happier when the rain starts coming in the Fall.
