A Fine Reflection

Eric did a great, efficient job and met my demanding timeline. While cleaning, he even found a small problem with the gutter and fixed it on the spot. The entire property was left spotless, and he provided pictures of my roof and gutter so I could inspect the work without needing to get in my roof.

Eric Johnson was efficient, reliable and not scared of the rain. He got on our second story roof (in the rain) and cleaned every bit of the moss growing on our roof, cleaned the gutters and also treated the roof to slow the re growing of the moss. I will use him again and have already recommended him to several friends.

I was looking for roof cleaners and did some research on Unilocal and other sites to narrow it down to Eric of A Fine Reflection. Before and after Eric arrived, he told me what to expect and did a great job of cleaning the roof. He was fast but thorough and reasonable. Since he did such a good job, I hired him to clean our windows. In addition, he was helpful in indicating which windows are going bad so that I can get them replaced. Afterwards, I hired him this past December to help me with hanging my Christmas lights on the roof gutters and eaves. Although he didn’t do this type of work before, he was willing to give it a shot. He did a good job where he figured out where the lights went on which part of the roof and mapped out where the lights need to be so that it’s faster next time. As you can see, I’ve used Eric for multiple jobs and he’s done a very good job for all of them and highly recommend him.

I bought a home that was rented out for 7 years without any maintenance. The roof was full of moss, and the gutter was full of needles.
I searched
for the local service provider. And I found «A fine reflection» got the best ratings. After viewing the gallery, I told myself «Gosh! This guy mustn’t cleaned roofs. He must changed the roofs totally!» So I contacted Eric by phone and mail on Apr 1^st. Eric was quite courteous and thoughtful. He offered a reasonable price and told me his first official day would be Apr 20^th. I told him that my baby got birth on early March, and some of my friends would come to see my baby in early Apr after he is one month old. Then Eric talked about his children candidly. I could see he’s a sweet daddy out of his words. I was so glad he treated me like a friend. Finally he offered Apr 8^th. That was much earlier than what I expected! Actually he booked a service on his van that day, but he asked Dan, his friend and former employer who has the same equipments, to pick him up at the dealership and came to my home. I was totally astonished by his offer. He is so kind!
it was really a pity that I didn’t stay at home to see him in person on Apr 8^th. But when I got home from office, my wife told me that Eric and Dan did an excellent job. Even they cleaned the needles in the gutter from the backyard. They were very courteous in manner, very professional in the job, and very humorous in talking. They told my wife the rooftop was a garden!

Wow, Eric is WONDERFUL. I’m so glad I scoured Unilocal to find the best. We had Eric clean off our very mossy roof (a dangerous, steep 100-​year-​old tudor style) and filled-​to-​the-​brim gutters, and he did a wonderful job at a very fair price. Upon working on our moss, he pointed out that we were missing a few shingles, and that we would end up with a roof leakage issue if we didn’t get it fixed (you can’t see the missing shingles from the ground – I’m so grateful he let us know). He took pictures of the spots without shingles, and offered to come back and fix them for us on another day. We took him up on that, and he also completed that task at a very fair price.
Eric was down to earth, friendly, prompt and thorough. Very professional. I highly recommend his services, and hope to have him back to clean our windows in the summer.

Absolutely amazing work, and the roofs look as good as new! A /​tad/​on the pricey side compared to other quotes, but you get what you pay for; plus, the owner gave me a cash discount. I’ll definitely be using this company again and again each time my house needs a bath.

I did the usual Consumer Checkbook, Google and Unilocal etc. searches for a local business to clean out our gutters and downspouts and I’m really glad I took the trouble to contact Eric and get such a reasonable estimate. He was so polite and helpful on the phone that I was already looking forward to having him get the job done. Now we couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent gutter and thorough downspout cleaning job done by Eric from A FINE REFLECTION today. We are getting our house ready for the Monsoon season and now we are really prepared for those upcoming deluges. I used to clean out our gutters myself, but Eric does much more thorough job and puts plenty of care into his work. He’s a keeper!

I’ve never cleaned or maintained gutters, but I’d expect that one cleaning is just like another. The reality, though, is that the responsiveness and communication of the company you work with, as well as the way they communicate what’s going on up on that roof, is a real differentiater.
If found Eric through Unilocal and contacted him and a few others to get an initial estimate. He was the first to respond not just with a price, but what that fee covered and what his availability looked like.
He did a great job cleaning the gutters, and more importantly did a great job cleaning up after — evening rinsing off the little bit of dirt that got on my truck. He made a second trip out to install some gutter guards, and though he hadn’t installed them before the final product is evidence that he took his time and installed them just as the instructions indicated.
Eric will be our go to guy for gutters, windows, and pressure washing going forward, and I’d highly recommend him to anybody looking for any of those services.

Needed a roof and gutter (inside and out) cleaning desperately. Did the standard Bing, Google, Groupon, Livingsocial, Amazon Local, Yipit, Angie’s List research.
Found a lot of great deals out there but they just didn’t apply to me :) (roof too steep/​big, too much gutter, too much moss, gutter too full, don’t clean gutter exterior etc etc).

I spent a week looking for recommendation and referrals for pressure washing, not to mention months looking for coupons. When I finally found a coupon that fit our needs, the company turned out to be in Yakima. However, before that I found A Fine Reflection on Amazon Local, but when I missed getting that deal they appeared later on Living Social (not a fan!) When I clicked on the link to their web site, from Living Social, it showed a $ 75 minimum for pressure washing. Since we had about half the square footage of the Living Social deal, we weren’t sure about buying it. I then scoured Craigslist for «pressure washing,» making sure to search listings with images. Well, I found A Fine Reflection on Craigslist too. After seeing them on there, I decided to call for an estimate. Although I didn’t reach him on first try, Eric called back promptly. He said he was booked for the next week, but we couldn’t wait that long. When I described the job, he quoted me $ 85 and said he may be able to squeeze me in Wednesday of the following week. He also said it would take him an hour. While I wasn’t crazy about the price (I have nothing with which to compare), we took him up on his offer. When he showed up, he looked exactly like he does his photos, and he was quite courteous. By the way, he has a link to Unilocal on his web site so I checked out the reviews. Before he even got here, I was able to speak with him on the phone a few times to go through the details and logistics. I’ve only ever had our landscaping people do pressure washing for us, so this was the first time hiring a specialist. When I say specialist, Eric really is one. He did a great job with our patio, whose ground cover needed attention to detail. He gave me good information with regards to pressure washing asphalt driveways, and when I got home the moss on the driveway was entirely gone. In addition to the information on driveways, he gave me some tips on moss. Eric knows his stuff, and does nice work. I will definitely recommend his pressure washing of surfaces to anyone.

I got quotes from a couple places to have our gutters cleaned and they were all pretty close. Eric had great reviews and responded promptly to emails and a phone call. I really like that it’s an owner/​operator business and you know who is coming to do the work. Eric showed up during the timeframe that we had scheduled and did a great job on our gutters. He put all the debris in our yard waste container and didn’t leave a mess in our yard. Would definitely hire this business again and would recommend to neighbors and friends.

Eric was fantastic. When calling around to different places he was extremely competitive and also able to meet us at our convenience on the weekend. He was very thorough and explained the process, time it would take, and estimated cost. Additionally, we let him know that we would need some pictures of our roof cleaned for home insurance and accommodated us in that as well.
He completed the task far better than expected and was nice enough to ensure that our neighbors houses were cleaned off from the small amount of debris that got on it.
All in all, he had fantastic pricing, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. From beginning to end it was a fantastic, painless experience and that’s all I want from a service like this!

PERFECTION!!! He showed up when he said he would. He explained his plan upfront to me, and then went straight to work with an urgency as forceful as his pressure washer. He did not charge me for the time that he was not actually working while at the site. In fact, I spent less then I had expected too.
Eric told me pricing, told me to check out his website, and give him a call if I was interested. He is obviously confident in his work and it shows. It was nice not to have someone pushy for your business.

Moss treatment, we all need it here in the NorthWest. I’ve heard people ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ on this subject. Some people have had good results, some have not. Eric studies new techniques to fight moss, and guarantees no moss for one year! My roof looks brand new!

Incredible is the word that describes this company best! I called A Fine Reflection and they they came right out and gave me a bid for the work. The price was great and they went to work that day! My roof had so much moss it looked like it was ready to be mowed. They pressure washed my roof, driveway, cleaned my gutters and finished by washing my windows. Now my house truly looks like home again!!! I will utitlize their services again and will refer them to anyone who could use their services!
