Computer Room

I’ve always been very happy with the service provided. I have been working with Kara and the others for around 10 years. A lot has changed in computers — but their skill, customer service and affordability have not changed — they’re still as great now as they have been since I’ve known them. I would refer my friends, family, colleagues and everyone to them (and I have!)

I dropped off a Nintendo 3dsxl to get the top screen replaced and was told that the lady would be able to start it on Monday when she came back to work and it would take about a week to fix it and get it back. After two weeks I gave them a call since I hadn’t heard anything back yet, all I got was excuses about how only one person was trained for «hard tasks». I tried to be understanding but they continuously put my ds to the side and worked on other things for bigger clients such as businesses that pay them more. After 4 weeks I was told that a component on it was «worn out» and they were going to charge me for something they had broken. I got the call today that my ds was finally fixed after a whole month of waiting. I went in to pick it up and the man at the register didn’t apologize or offer a discount or any sort of compensation for anything, the month long wait or that they broke my component. I paid for my parts and the service at full price and I will NOT be coming back again. I would not recommend them unless you enjoy giving money to greedy lazy slobs.

For starters, I can’t believe there have only been 2 reviews on here so far.
Next, for me to provide anything less than 5 Stars on here would be a disservice to the team which has provided me exemplary service over the past 5+ years.
I believe their philosophy is well rooted in the premise that that once you walk through their doors, they want a customer for life!
They are knowledgeable, kind and offer great value in comparison with other computer services anywhere. I have great trust in their recommendations and have never been less than satisfied!
This place is a «Case Study» on how to run a business and treat customers!

I’ve came here twice and these people are so friendly. Both times they were fast and prompt. The first time I came in I had a horrible virus and they were able to save most of my information and it was clean.
The second time I had an issue where my laptop would turn on but the screen wouldn’t turn on. They fixed it without even charging me right on the spot. Awesome service and decent prices.

i recently went in to see about getting a very old computer fixed. the guy waiting on me was vey nice. i knew that it was not worth fixing but you can’t tell the old dad nothing. my dad’s plan was to fix i and give it to my nephew. the guy at the computer room called it cruel. which it is kinda, but all my nephew does is youtube videos. i would give more stars had i actually had anything fixed. but the guy was really nice about at least trying to find a used that he could put in the obsolete computer. other than the screen there is nothing wrong with the computer.
