Hi, Im Melissa Hanson and I love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you’ll see what I mean. You don’t even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It’s easy! Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! I look forward to meeting you!

Dance and fitness have always played a major role in my life. I performed my first bellydance at the age of two. My background in ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, and bellydance show that I have yet to find a style of dance I do not enjoy. I worked as an instructor and choreographer for many years for a studio in the San Francisco Bay area. In addition to dance, I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. My philosophy regarding dance is as follows: «The only wrong way to dance is to not dance at all.»
