Our goal is to help you get the most out of your technology. That can include everything from computer repairs to buying advice and training.

Medium to large businesses often have an IT department to help keep them up and running and advise them going forward. Small businesses and families have the same need, but not the same budget. That’s the role we wish to fill.

If you need help, advice, or your computer/​laptop/​phone needs repaired, you now have someone you can call. If we cannot help, we can find someone who can.

History

Established in 2009.

DJ Mangus has been repairing and supporting computers for over a decade, both as a hobby and as his regular nine-​to-​five position working for others. In 2009 he had the opportunity to take his passion for technology and customer service and make it his focus, working for himself, servicing customers directly.

Red Nova Technologies is the result. A business focused on personal service. Actually accomplishing tasks and fixing problems is simple for anyone who has technical training, people skills and actually caring about the customer is not.

I’ve always been fascinated with technology, even as a child. Nothing was so joyous as taking something apart and seeing how it works. Thankfully I’ve gotten better at putting things back together than I used to.

Along with a passion for technology and applying it to solve problems, I derive a deep satisfaction from helping people. These two traits combine to make this the perfect job for me: I get to help and empathize with people in ways I was not often able to working for someone else, and I get to play with neat toys all day long.
