They get no stars from me! Everyone from the front desk to to Dr. Wilcox is cold. I went the first time and was no welcomed, just told to take a seat. Then I met the assistant was ok, then I waited for Dr. Wilcox. She was the most stand-​off dr. I have ever met. Couldn’t give me the time of day. Just went thru the eye exam and did not ask any question except the 1 or2, 3or4?
Got my glasses made at Vista at Freddy. They were very nice! Started wearing the glasses and they were noticeably a lot different from my last pair. Did what the dr. Said «do not put them on unless beginning in the morning» and tried to wear them for 2 to 3 days. But I was getting headaches and my I couldn’t see very well so I stopped using them. Called them and got an appointment for over a week. Came in again. Told me to take a seat. Them someone came over to ask for my glasses did tell me who she or tell me what she was doing? She acted like my glasses were made wrong instead of the Dr.‘s Prescription being wrong. Told the doctor how I felt about her and her staffs patient care lacked any real care or even warmth. She dis not even see the problem and proceeded to treat me coldly. She did have to change the prescription. No apology for my inconvience. Do not go there! Very unprofessional and got my prescription wrong.
