Long wait times, rude older receptionist, nice younger receptionist, but both pretty uncaring about scheduling. I don’t often write reviews but the wait gave me plenty of time to stew. this place just felt really poorly run. Literally every single seat in both waiting areas was taken. I suspect that they notoriously overbook things and just expect their older clientele to not care about waiting. The clinicians were professional and the doctor was nice and knowledgable. They just need to work on reception and scheduling. Don’t go here if you only have a lunch hour or if you value your time.

My appointment time was 10am. It’s 11:10 and I haven’t even been called back. They receptionist don’t give me the courtesy to tell me they are running behind. This is rediculous. Poor customer service. Not very friendly receptionist.
