Panda Express is convenient when I don’t want to wait 45 minutes for an order of lo mein at my local Chinese restaurant. Prices are cheap, yes, but you get what you pay for. Greasy food, dirty floors and missing paper towels and/or a hand dryer in the restroom. Not much more to report than that.

One of the worst panda expresses I’ve ever eaten at… Not only can you not go sit down after 9 p.m. when they are clearly open until 10, but the rice was hard and it cost me $ 11 for the meal. Cmon it doesn’t take a genius to cook rice idiots.

permanent sign on door says dining area open until 10:00, but arrive at 9:40 and there’s a printed out paper taped to door saying dining area is closed but drive through is open. Staff inside was just staring at us while we walked across parking lot to try to dine inside. We needed to sit down and dine inside somewhere so we drove over to cheddars instead. Contacted corporate about it, they’ve never responded. Makes one wonder what other corporate ‘rules’ this particular franchise ignores.

Gave Panda in Sherman another try and it has been great. Go when they are busy and the food is fresh. I have had friendlier service and better food. That is why I am now eating there at least once a week for lunch. If you had a bad experience give it another try.

Don’t bother with the online ordering. It took just as long to get our order inside, with the exception that they totally messed up the online order. No surprise tho, since we wasn’t there to watch half of it being made. Everytime we go here it is a struggle.

The drive through service is extremely slow but the food is consistently good. Go inside for much faster service. Make sure they get your order correct and don’t overcharge you.

I hadn’t had Panda in a long time. I wish I went elsewhere. I had orange chicken with the chow mien,(lo mien everywhere else). The noodles were hard and half cooked. It gave me a stomach ache. I will not return to this Panda, but I will continue to eat Panda elsewhere.

The place is clean and is centrally located in Sherman. Austin College students and Shermanites alike visit this place often. I am not a fan of Panda Express, but this particular location is always clean and the staff is always hospitable. I have been here on several occasions with friends and sat outside, which is nice during the warmer months.
