History

Established in 2009.

CrossFit Solus is a family owned CrossFit affiliate starting out as a garage gym in 2009. Since then we have grown to 200 members and have been at a commercial location for the last 4 years. The success of our program has resulted in members that have stayed with us for years, but the real magic lies in our strong supportive community of athletes that are always encouraging and ready to help anyone along their journey.

My passion for CrossFit began in the spring of 2009. I loved the sport of fitness, but even more I loved watching the dramatic transformation that CrossFit was having on peoples lives. We opened our affiliate in December of ’09 and it had been a crazy fun ride since that day. The lives that we have been able to touch through our business in the last 6 years have made all the hard work and dedication worth every minute. Our goal has always been to Pursue Excellence in everything we do. We will continue on this path to positively influence our community and every person that walks into our box.
