History

Established in 1984.

This 2014 year we celebrate 30 years in Sherman, Texas. As a small business in a small community we love the fact that we have been able to give so much to so many people. The school system, probation department, police department, colleges, police academy and many other agencies work with us on an annual basis. In 30 years we have moved four times always improving our facility. In 2006 we bought our 6300 sq. ft. location at 1921 W. Houston Street. The biggest challenge we have had this past few years is parking! That is a good thing!

Rick E. Arnold is a 2013 inductee into the Martial Arts Masters Hall of Fame in Costa Mesa, California. His martial arts awards are too numerous to mention. He is the husband to Lynne for over 20 years with four beautiful children: Haleigh 18, Colton 15, Peyton 12 and Alyssa 10. Rick holds many belts and titles but is the most proud of his relationship with Christ and his wonderful family.
