Totally disappointed about how the new owner handled this establishment, ultimately closing it before a new location was secured. Almost messed up plans for my pup’s bday cake since they wound up closing prior to her party, but thankfully The Grove wasn’t so far away!

Birthday cake was pretty big! Not bad, either for $ 22! They also had a sale going on so I got 2 bow ties and a toy for my lab’s 2^nd birthday. He also shared the cake with 3 other dogs and there was plenty left over! The young lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. She helped me pick out the cake and even wrote happy birthday on it. Will definitely be back!

Ordered a cake last minute for my dogs birthday. Even though I’m the procrastinator they were still able to accommodate me with a 5in cake.

I loved how they also really took the extra time to find out exactly what kind of cake I needed and for how many dogs. They also suggested serving size based on my dogs size.

Ordered a cake May 6 for MAy 9^th. The owner of the bakery I believe was very helpful and pleasant. The cake was great and my dog loves it. We’ll definitely come back next birthday for my puppy.

I’m not one to pamper my dogs, but when I do, Valley Dog bakery is my spot. A small mom and pop type place where I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a friendly, personable associate who gladly made some recommendations and answered all of my questions. Prices are good. as is the selection. Most importantly my dogs, who are usually picky eaters, love everything I’ve given them from this place.
Come on down to Valley Dog Bakery. You’ll be supporting a small business and at the same time making that mutt of yours happy.

We needed a birthday cake to bring to our friend’s dogs 1^st birthday party and Valley Dog Bakery was able to accommodate us last minute. The cake looked fantastic and my friends dog and my dog very much enjoyed it. We even found a cute birthday collar with pom poms so the birthday dog stood out! I will definitely come back here for my dogs next special event.

I stopped by Three Dog Bakery before Christmas to get treats for my clients (I’m a dog trainer) and I couldn’t have been happier with their products. The treats were made from natural ingredients and my hounds LOVED them. They were also very reasonably priced. I’ve tried to make dog treats myself before and they didn’t turn out nearly as great as these! Two paws up for Three Dog Bakery.

Came here on a Monday afternoon, all the treats were so so cute! I just wanna buy everything for my little baby. It was a perfect little treat for Christmas, everything looks so delicious! I bought two sets of treats here for my little pup and one as a present for a friends pup. The puppies literally devoured their treats! Customer service here was top notch! She was so so patient and so nice! Phone was ringing and she still manage to stay calm and take care of her customers… thank you!

I stopped in, based on reviews, to purchase my puppy’s 1^st birthday cake. This place is doggy heaven! The girls that helped me were super sweet and answered all my questions easily … Cant wait to come back when I need more doggy cakes :-)

Had a wonderful first experience at this location. I was looking for a birthday cake for my furry son Porter for his 1^st birthday. Walked in about an hour to closing and was helped right away. Luckily she had a cake ready and kindly wrote his name on the cake. It came out wonderful! She even gave me a free sample of their dog food. Porter loved his cake and his brother Scoobs also enjoyed a piece! Will be coming back for more treats for my pup!

The staff was very friendly here, helping make recommendations on products depending on our needs. One of the dogs we were buying for had a very particular diet and the lady working the counter was very informed about their products and able to help us choose what worked best for us.
They even have specialty items like doggy birthday cakes! Will definitely be back for some more treats :)

Celebrated Goofy’s one year birthday with three dog bakery already made mini cakes and treats. He LOVED the ones with frosting and or had a peanut butter taste. There’s free parking in the back of the store or metered parking in front. If you’re going East from Canoga Park on Ventura Blvd, you’ll know if you passed the store if you drove past Van Nuys Blvd (a little after Van Nuys if you’re heading west from LA and it’ll be on your right). This always happens to me because the store is small.
I was advised to give Goofy half of a treat or cake if it was his first time eating their treats since it’s sweet and can upset his stomach so give your dogs half even if they beg for more!
Also, there’s a coupon on their site where you can get 2 treats for up to $ 4!

My co-​worker told me about this bakery when her puppy had his first birthday. So I called to order a cake for our 2-​year old «puppy». I wasn’t sure if they can make it in time as I ordered it on Thursday morning for Friday afternoon pickup. They gladly said yes!
The cake was perfect! I ordered the 12″ cake, since it’s only $ 5 more than the 6″ cake. They said that the cake is good for a week in the fridge. It was enough for one large dog to eat for a week. It was a very happy birthday week for our baby!
The staff is very friendly and also offered free samples as well. I’ve called around to other dog bakeries before calling here, and I’m here to tell you that this is THE bakery for your pet… Dogs as well as for cats

We happened to park in front of this bakery, and decided to go in and take a look. We met the cutest little four legged greeter ever! I finally stopped with the baby voice coos and forehead scratching to take a look around.
They had two display cases full of yummy looking treats. There were cookies, pupcakes, even little pizzas! I ended up grabbing a variety, and a cute little toy for my landlady that just adopted from a shelter.
Nice little selection of toys and packaged treats. The person that helped us was super sweet and answered a lot of our questions.

My dog Wakame loves this place! It smells delicious, has a happy hour dog burger and beer special, and all of the baked goodies are truly delicious (looking) and appetizing! Whenever I celebrate a special day with Waka, I take her here and delight her with the atmosphere of this place.
The staff are super friendly, and clearly dog lovers who appreciate all your four legged friends who come through the door! It’s really a great little place to bring your dog and fill a boxed of baked dog goods. I highly recommend it to all !

We got a birthday cake for our puppy baby here for her 2^nd birthday. We were also able to get her a little birthday party hat and new toys as presents. And she loved the cake! She actually ate the entire thing!

I ordered a cake for my dog’s birthday. It turned out fantastic! Not only that, but they gave my dog free treats when we picked the cake up as well as a sample package of their dog food.

I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to the Valley! Come a few times a year to get treats for my beagles. The people here are so friendly and the treats look so amazingly tasty. On my first visit, I purchased a doggie cake for my beagle, customized with his name on it! So adorable. Today, I picked up treats for for my other pup’s birthday! Always reasonable prices and everything is so fresh. They list the ingredients on the display case. I’m planning to keep coming!

Aw I love this place!
Such a perfect dog bakeshop. My little chihuahua loved her cute lil’ sweet treats! The «whip cream» on the cupcake & the chocolate tipped bones were her favs. The prices are very reasonable (cheaper than I expected!), considering they have adorable presentations!
Maybe next time I’ll actually get one of those over the top cakes! lol: D
