The Malik Corporation

This seemed like a nice place to live, but the management ruins it. We would email Qs and they would respond to half of them, and ignore half. We would ask for the same things over and over with no response. Malik corp won’t deal directly with you, you have to go to the onsite managers, so if you have issues with the managers, there is nothing you can do. They screwed us upon moving in bc they calculate pro-​rated rent «differently» to ensure they get most, and when we left they charged us for a bunch of things we didnt agree to/​normal wear n tear in order to keep as much of our money as possible. Everything looked really nice but was cheap quality and lots of stuff fell apart (sink, dishwasher, toilet handles.) I do not recommend.
