RIP OFF!!! They charge more t50% above the average prices than other local shops charge; I did my research!
I called these guys and asked them how much it would cost to swap a poster out of a frame with another poster that is already cut to size to fit, and this woman said 50.00!!! So I asked how much if I do it myself and have her add the paper on the back, and she said the same price. When I told her this was ridiculous, she was extremely rude on the phone.
So check this out, I called Four Corners Framing on Magnolia, and they said they would do it for $ 20.00. Enough said. Go somewhere else, trust me.

Bert, Betty and their staff are all top notch. I’ve had all kinds of different things from pictures to posters framed here. I used to go to Michael’s and once I found this Fastframe location, I’ll never go anywhere else! They re-​framed a large piece that was starting to bubble after Michaels charged me an arm and a leg to frame it and then did sub-​par work. When old frames have broken, I’ve taken them to Fastframes for fixing! They send you coupons and never charge you for things if you don’t need it.
If we need things framed in my work office we only use Fastframes now and everything always looks completely professional.
I love the honest and integrity of this establishment! You have a client for life!!!

I have just picked up my 2^nd piece of artwork that I had Bert and his awesome staff frame beautifully for me. I brought in a very difficult framing job from many years ago to duplicate and he did an amazing job going through all of my options and making sure that we came as close as we could. And it looks beautiful! Thank you for the great work!

Note: I have not tried their service. Maybe they’re great framers. Here’s the story — I took my 1960s movie poster to be framed at another place in Studio City. This other place charged me $ 160, which seemed high. They took four days, which seemed like a lot of time. So, just out of curiosity, I got a quote on my poster at Fast Frame… Fast Frame said it would take 10 days and quoted me $ 660.00! Same frame, and same glass. … What??? That’s not just a little more. That’s crazy-​overpriced. That’s hundreds more than the place I chose for the exact same work! And takes twice as long to boot. Talk about brass nards. Also, Fast Frame suggested mounting my poster. That’s a big no-​no for collectible poster art! I would never recommend Fast Frame to anyone, ever.

I have to say that my recent experiences at Fast Frames were incredible! On Saturdays, there’s an excellent representative there, Montel, who has helped me find the perfect color combination for the matte and frames for 4 of my pieces of art that I’ve collected from my travels in various countries. I love the fact that he encompasses your initial color ideas while getting a grasp of your experience in those countries, along with his expertise in interior design to pick a frame that is perfectly suited to enhance the art piece. He is so detailed and informative regarding the outcome of your piece, while keeping in consideration your budget expense for the item that I was absolutely satisfied with the last 3 pieces I’ve received and look forward to the next piece we’ve designed! Great job to Fast Frames for choosing employees that take such pride in their work!

I brought in my husbands Artwork and asked for framing suggestions. They were extremely helpful and enjoyable to work with, with such a huge selection to choose from they came up with the perfect design for each piece, I highly recommend their quality, the time they took with me to achieve the right look, and their extraordinary service.

This is a GREAT place to have framing done. Prices are really good and the selection of mldg is endless. The lady who helped me (Thank You Miss Katherine) was so thoughtful and knowledgeable and went way out of her way to make sure I was happy and very satisfied (and I was) … It’s nice to have place of business that really is all about the customer. GREAT JOB.

I do gallery exhibits so I work with a number of framers. I wanted to check on pricing and see what was in stock. The lady at the front had no idea what I was talking about and when she handed me off to the framer his English was very poor. I called back after receiving the quote and she was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful on the phone. Def. will not order from them.

I absolutely love the way that I was treated while I was in the store. The customer service, and the quality of counter front service was amazing. But the experience changed completely six months after I left the store.
I purchased three paintings while I was overseas. All three of them were the same dimension. I took them into the store and was quoted $ 232 for the framing of each piece which includes the Tru vue glass. I decided to get one done, and wait for a while to be able to afford to do the other two. This was in February 2012.
Fast forward to last weekend, the first Saturday in September. A friend of mine needed to have a frame done. We went to a place in the valley. While there I happened to look up on the wall and see the exact same frame type that I had for the first piece in my house. I went home, and got the first piece and the other two un framed pieces. The quote, for the other two pieces with the exact same type of glass called tru vue came out to be only $ 150 for BOTH pieces. That’s $ 75 per piece. I picked both of them up today, and they are exactly alike. I called fast frames to make sure I had the correct price, and that the price of the frame had not gone down since then, and made sure all variables were the same before I posted this post on Unilocal.
I feel as though I was taken advantage of, and I feel cheated. So while I was treated very well in the store, I feel as though I lost money. There is no worse feeling for a customer to realize they have been treated this way after the fact.
So when you look at all the other posts on Unilocal,there is a difference with mine. Notice there’s a whole story with my story, versus others who have posted just about the in-​store experience and the quality of craftsmanship. No doubt, the quality of work that fast frames did was amazing! No doubt the owners are wonderfully nice people. But it certainly will pay off if you shop around other framers in the local Valley Village, North Hollywood, and Burbank area. Because the cost of one frame over 65% cheaper than the cost of one frame at fast frames, I have to downgrade my experience and give FastFrames one star.

I went there to have a couple of my favorite pictures framed because I got a discount coupon in the mail from them. I was very happy with the work they did and they were able to match the wood in my living room furniture exactly with the wood used in the frame. I’m glad they send out coupons because I never would have thought to go there.

We came here because they are open on Sundays — most frame places aren’t, so score one for Fast Frame already! We had two crate labels and two vintage frames. The person who assisted us was extremely helpful, patient, polite, and nice, and the prices were reasonable. They called when our pieces were ready — I believe it was a few days earlier than they had promised. We were so pleased at how they matted the labels — they really look great, and they even took the extra step of curving the matting around one of the labels because they label itself had curved edges. Very impressive and great attention to detail.
Not only that, but we received a thank you note from Fast Frame for our business. Pretty awesome to see that level of class and customer service.
This place is a great find, and we will definitely be back soon! There is one clearly labeled parking spot in the back (off Dixie Canyon), but your best bet is probably parking on side streets or Ventura.

I appreciate the owners trying to rectify the situation with a generous coupon for future orders.

I usually go here for their Larson-​Juhl and AMPF Inc. collection. Today was different…
This place is a life saver! Just today I knocked over someone else’s framed photo in their home and without them knowing. The glass shattered to pieces! I threw it as quick as I could into my car, sped over to Fast Frame and it 15 min it was done. They should change their name to SUPER Fast Frame. I put it back and no one was the wiser. It was a custom frame too, so a bill of about $ 35 seem reasonable.

I have used this company twice for framing very personal items and have been beyond pleased both times at the quality of the work, professional suggestions and speed of turnaround. Bert Bogash and his staff are absolutely wonderful and it is my pleasure to give Fast Frame on the corner of Ventura Boulevard and Dixie Canyon FIVE STARS!

After many a horrible experience at Aaron Bros in Weho, we decided to give Fastframe a go since my work uses them with great results. Since we do use them at work I thought they might be more expensive than others. Not true. In my experience, cheaper than places like Aaron Bros. and the service is amazing. The owners of this particular location, Judy and Burt are so great; very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They really take their time with you so that you get exactly what you want.
No framing is cheap, but the results here are well worth every penny. And fastframe’s policy is if you get your frame back home and realize you don’t like it, it doesn’t work in the space you planned, etc, they will redo it for you for free (within 30 days)! How is that for customer service!
