History

Established in 2014.

Prior to opening up her own firm, Mrs. Halavi was successful in over a thousand successful resolutions in the law firm she worked in. The Law Offices of Shadi Halavi was created in an effort to design a more holistic approach to debt. Right now, we specialize in bankruptcy and taxation. We work on releasing tax levies, liens and creating resolutions for tax debt such as installment agreements and offer in compromises. On the bankruptcy side, we file chapter 7 bankruptcies and can assess whether or not bankruptcy can dissolve tax debt. Fairly soon, we will be branching out to creating credit card installment agreements, judgment negotiation, credit repair and finally, financial planning for the future.
