My husband and I bought our first home with Paula. We began looking in mid 2013 and didn’t purchase until the beginning of 2015. Throughout that whole time Paula stuck with us, showed us home after home, answered all of our questions and was quite simply invaluable to us. She is extremely organized, diligent, and is not intimidated during the negotiation process. Her interpersonal skills are top notch.
We bought a probate home that had quite a bit of deferred maintenance. She was at our home during the entire inspection process and made sure the repairs were done. She checked the progress at the house regularly and then rechecked; making sure the work was done correctly.
After we moved in she continued to help us out in anyway we needed. We could tell that she truly cared for us and our happiness. With her expertise, negotiation skills and diligence I believe she’s one of the best agents around.
