Jeanette (Jan) is amazing. I called her because I needed a notary to come to my office, notarize a document and get an apostille. She rearranged her schedule to accommodate my client, notarized the doc in short order, and left my office, promising to take the doc to the Secretary of State the next morning for the apostille. She did everything she said she would do, and kept in touch with me via text throughout the process, even texting me the Fedex receipt and tracking number. Jan is professional, trustworthy, friendly, and her service is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend her!

I was in need of a notary for a signature of an inmate and to add to that complication I was out of state trying to coordinate this. I recommend Jan and her notary service 100%. More like 1,000%. I found her on Unilocal,so thank you to past reviewers. She is great. I needed a document apostilled, called her, discussed what I needed and the price, she came on over and I had my document ready to be FedEx’d within a couple of hours (this includes the time she spent driving down to DTLA and back and also the time she spent waiting in line when she was down there). We got lucky due to not much traffic, but her efficiency is downright amazing. She is also a very nice, very knowledgeable person and her rates are very reasonable. I would absolutely use her services again.

I worked with Jan over the past weekend and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the service.
Although I am a San Diego lawyer, an elderly client in Palmdale required me to travel up there to sign some documents. I needed a notary for those documents. I called a few notaries in the Palmdale area (on a last minute basis). Jan was the first person to pick up the phone upon my call. She was friendly, up-​front and accommodating. She traveled to a difficult-​to-​find location on a Sunday afternoon for a Trust signing and showed up with a smile. She was professional, prompt and clearly knew what she was doing.
Any future signings in the L.A./Palmdale area will certainly be with Jan.

I needed to get a birth certificate for my newborn and called Jeanette after finding her through Unilocal.She came to my home within an hour and was so lovely. I found Jan rather by accident when the notary in our building went on an extended medical leave… so I hit up google for some traveling notary listings and recommendations and figured I’d give Jan a try… and I am so glad I did!

Hands down best notary out there. I had a horrible situation with a notary that was slow and just plain lazy. I text this number and had a notary (Jeanette) at my place at the time I requested. She reviewed the email with documents prior to coming to me and explained pricing and followed intructions as given by my lawyer. This is as professional experienced as you are gonna find.
