Quik Pick Messenger Service

I just had a very surreal and strange experience at this notary. First of all, scheduling the appointment was disorganized and awkward. There was no one was at the office, so they had to schedule a time to meet me there. Ok, I thought, that’s fine, maybe it’s because it’s Saturday.
Then, when I finally arrived, the notary lady was not there and the office was locked. I had to call again to see if she was still meeting me. She said she was on her way and put me on a really long hold.
When we stepped into the office, it was cluttered and messy.
In the office, we were all by ourselves, which was unsettling. And also I feel I was addressed in a somewhat unfriendly manner.
This place gets 2 stars, because I got the notary service I needed and it cost me a standard $ 10.

By far, a good place to go for messengering service. Good customer service and reasonable prices!

Surprisingly unprofessional and poorly equipped. They gave one of the highest quotes from the 5 I called, but made me believe they would be quick… they were not. They also gave me this quote before they even had the full address or zip of either location (the price was not at all adjusted)
When he arrived… there was no uniform or professionalism that would justify the price. Once I showed him what I would be sending, he looked visibly scared and intimidated (not exactly the face one would hope to see at this point)
I offered to help him out to the vehicle… it was an old unmarked truck, full of seemingly personal belongings.
I was sending a handmade hanging vase along with a mirror (I had previously mentioned this to the phone operator, after she didn’t even ask, to let her know they would need some items to safely transport)
Turns out he had nothing to properly transport them in nor equipment to pack and or brace them. After fumbling around in his truck with him, he decided a small plastic trash can full of paperwork and some books, would work to place the hanging vase in (still nothing from keeping said trash can stable.) the mirror was just rested (in the leaned back position) of the passenger seat.
How they are still in business is beyond me. I would have been better off paying a lyft driver to drop it off for me (would have been ¹⁄₃^rd the price and spared me the valentines day failure.)
I don’t mean any offense to this nice man. But I don’t understand how this is an expectable line of work for him.
They could really improve by getting better customer service (accurate prices, based on actual distance?) Maybe a uniform? Cafepress some polo shirts and a hat or something? Better (or should I say any) equipment) Possibly a side door magnet with the company logo and number?

My go-​to messenger service. I’ve used Quik Pick a number of times and they have always delivered on time. In fact, they’ve always delivered so quickly, hours ahead of their estimated delivery time!

This service is TERRIBLE!!! Spend your money elsewhere. They sold my order to another company WITHOUT telling me, are slow to process proof of service papers and their call takers are rude. I had to spend an entire work day on the phone with the company to figure out what happened to my order. If I could give them 0 stars if I would.
