I can’t believe a single negative review exists for this place!
I came in and needed my passport expedited. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly.
Everything was quick and convenient, I can’t recommend their services more.

Great service was able to renew my passport in a little over a week. He did a good job of walking me through and explaining everything.

I don’t know how they have two pages for the same business but I would expect anything from such a shady business as this, who write their own reviews and pay Unilocal to filter the negatives. I’ve had the worst experience with this place and the owner Alex M. They charge more than they promise, they try to scam you into a longer term and will filter through your own mail and hold back mail that they think is not reasonable for you to have. The owner is too much of a coward to admit his own errors and mistakes and will not in any way try to refund your money or come to a compromise. Shady business. Shady employees. This place is a scam!

One stop shop for all your shipping and packing needs. The guys there are very friendly and know what your best shipping options are. I have been a client for over 14 years and have a box there too.

I have never met a person so honest and so helpful in my life! Alex is just awesome. From the moment he helped me out on the phone answering all my questions to how simple he made everything when I actually came in. The prices are also very convenient. He even provided me with a first aid kit as I had just hurt my toenail. Will definitely be returning A man with such great integrity

Don’t believe the positive reviews (all the bad ones are conveniently filtered by Unilocal) this business is dishonest. Do yourself a favor and read all the «not recommended» reviews to get an idea of why people are complaining about this business.
The employees and the owner are very shady and they will try to rip you off. They charge about 30% more than other places, they have a $ 20 «key deposit» for each set of keys, plus other «fees» that are decided by the owner on a case-​by-​case basis. I have dealt with many mailbox services and this was by far the absolute worst. They forget to place your mail in the mailbox, sometimes for weeks, and take no responsibility for that. And if this is not bad enough, the employee working there is rude, unprofessional and clueless.

recently got visas for China. Performance, pricing, timing were great. No problems whatsoever.

Complete fools here I got a shipment paid a lot of money to get the job done right next they said they delivered it but I never got it randomly their system says someone signed for me really I live by myself how can someone sign for me it’s impossible well there you have it take your business elsewhere this is anot a company to do business with now I lost my stuff and they didn’t do anything about it wow 962 dollars in the air

Went in to renew my passport. The boss was nice when he called me back to assist me. Arvin, the one who helped me with the process, was really nice. There wasn’t waiting time, took about an hour total mainly because customers would come in and out and he’s the only one who was working.
Nonetheless I had a good time! Thanks!

I came in to get passport photos. They were very courteous and served me quickly. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I needed renew my passport for a new travel show I started working on. They were so accommodating. They handled everything from my photo to filling out the appropriate documents. I expedited my passport renewal and received it in 5 business days.

I have used their services for a couple of years now. They are always very pleasant and remember me :) It shows they take the time to get to know their customers. I feel comfortable that my frequent packages are in their hands.

i brought a box of old documents that i need to shred. the owner weighed my box, and was nice enough to subtract the weight of the box, which didn’t even occur to me. great friendly service.

So it’s Christmas time… And I’m a procrastinator. It’s 5 days before the holiday and now I’m in a frenzy because I’ve got presents to ship to the other side of the continent… Eek!!!
I rush over to Mailbox Services Plus and Arvin and Alex were amazing! They were able to box everything up for me and help me find the right carrier to get my gifts to Florida on time!
Definitely worthy of the 5 stars! In addition to shipping packages they do passports and post office boxes. While I was in there several customers came in and they seemed to know all their regulars by name. Excellent service!

Bad experience. Got charged much more than quoted rate over the phone, once he got my credit card in hand.

I had to change the name on my passport and get a new one for my 5 month old son. I came to ASAP Passport and they were able to help me quickly and charged me a fair and reasonable amount for not having to go sit in line at the post office. HIGHLY recommended.
OH– for your passport make sure you bring your checkbook since that’s the type of payment that has to be sent in to the government.

Mailbox holder for years been very very happy. Nice people, and have always gotten my packages.

I’ve been using them for 6 months now and they’re always super friendly, professional, fast to ship and the location is just great in the Valley near freeways. One stop shop for everything I need. All my online orders go to them and they always email me if I have a package waiting.
Parking is available right in front which is very convenient when carrying shipments in or out.

I called about getting an expedited passport ~ TALK ABOUT HELPFUL ~ the gentleman on the phone asked how soon I needed it… almost 7 weeks out… HE SUGGESTED GOING TO THE POST OFFICE!
Not trying to get my money! I will use this place for shipping from now on!

I have used this mailbox center going on 5 years now. They are always helpful and true professionals. All my mail and anything I order shopping online gets shipped to them. This includes my 60″ flat screen TV. I never have any trouble finding parking. When I need to ship something out like Christmas gifts to my children and grand children across the country they know exactly how to make it happen and which carrier to use. Good job guys! TZ

Such a great experience coming to these guys. Alex was amazing. He answered all my questions about passport. They assist you right away when you come in. If you are looking for help with visas, passports and a ton of other services they offer come to this place. Prices are definitely reasonable.

I’m a personable person. And I am all about community relationships. These guys are personable people. I have had them as a mailbox service for almost a year now and they’ve been great working with me despite me traveling in and out of town, despite all the chaos of sorting through separating mail with my ex who was on the box too, and I really appreciate these guys for their patience.

Great place, positive and helpful staff! Packages are always safely received and ready for me. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Apparently their hours on the door mean nothing, wasted my time and gas. There was someone waiting at the door as well which was very odd.

I came in one day after meeting with another lady at a different post office about getting an expedited passport. She was a MESS! Then I came to this place and the man who was there greeted us with a smile and helped me get my passport. We found out that the lady we went to previously did my passport photos wrong! But the were fixed quickly and with higher quality. I highly recommend coming here for any and all passport needs and not bothering with any other post offices. No matter what the other reviews say I really love this post office and will be here again.

I use this place for passport pictures and application, notary services and when I need tender loving care for my packages. I bring the stuff I want to ship, they package it and find the best carrier for it. Selling on eBay is easy when I have them handling the shipping for me.
It is a one-​stop shop and I really like that. Service is great and I would highly recommend them.

16.30 for 2 passport photo! Wow so very expensive here!!! I must to do research about pricing first before come here.

I’ve had mailbox here for years now. It is really great to have one address that doesn’t change and where your packages can be delivered and picked up. They offer a lot of other services, too. The staff is super friendly and competent.
There is a huge parking lot and as long as you don’t go during the lunch or dinner rush, there is ample parking.

So, I used to love this place, which is why I went out of my way to come here yesterday when I needed to ship something.
The man who works here all the time is usually very present and helpful. Not so much the case yesterday. Instead of asking what I needed, he asked me «what’s good». Um. ok, that would be fine, a little quirky perhaps, still awkward, but I rolled with it. I gave him my items to be shipped, he boxed them up, and then printed a shipping label without finding out how soon my package needed to arrive at its destination. Ok, no problem, I’ll just point out that I need it to get there by the 2^nd, and we can move on… I feel a little ignored but not the end of the world.
My biggest gripe about yesterday’s visit however, was that he was watching some cartoon the entire time, which was loud and very distracting. Not to mention that the characters kept discussing dead hookers, herpes, and other unsavory topics. At one point, I mentioned that it was torture for me to listen to this, hoping he might pause it until I left. Instead of pausing it, he decided to thoroughly explain the premise of the cartoon, and the plot line of the episode currently playing. Wow.
I doubt I will ever go here again, or recommend it to anyone.

Very Very Friendly and communicative. although i moved, i kept my box there because the staff is personable. knowledgeable and kind. Jimmy is the BEST. love it there.
