Cute styles here, especially for Christmas. Most of the staff here are very friendly and helpful. The manager in particular is very nice and accommodating– she will go above and beyond to make customers happy.
I knock off a star because… For a kids store, it is terribly un-​stroller friendly! The layout is tight but maneuverable… if there wasn’t merchandise in the aisles.
My tips for this store:
1. Ask to be on their local notices list; they will give you a call to remind you when it’s time to use Gymbucks, etc.
2. Great deals in their clearance section in the back. Esp when they have their «addl 40% off» sale.
3. Each store has their own private sales in addition to the company sales. You can. Ask the staff if/​when they are having these special events but it doesn’t hurt to check in regularly if you’re in the area. One day everything could be 25% off– the next day they could drop it to 40 just for the day.

I have had great luck shopping at all the stores with the exception of one store-​Wellington, Florida. Yesterday I was the only one shopping in the store and when you ask if they have another size, they grin at you and say everytime, «it’s all on the floor!» They never even offer to check with another store. They never printed out a store receipt and told me that it went to my email! I asked for a printed receipt and they refused to give it to me! They are very nasty and should be trained on how to professionally sell in a quality store. Six years ago Lori worked here and she used to give everyone a hard time when they returned items that were recently purchased.

That reviewer who threw the clothes on the floor… I literally cannot believe how rude you can be! Those people who work in customer service are people too and have feelings. I feel bad for the girls who work there having to deal with these type of offensively impolite customers. I know these girl try their best and probably stay hours after the store closes to clean up after these customers who make the mess. They aren’t your maids! If you find something put it back where it was it’s literally not that hard.

Terribly rude staff. I asked an associate if they carried a particular jacket I had seen online. My husband was standing in a different area than I was and witnessed the associate asking a superior, who literally scoffed at the question and laughed in my direction. What a shame. I hate posting bad reviews but I hope upper management sees this and turns things around

wish I didn’t even leave a 1 star for this place. The store is not stroller friendly as is all gymboree’s. The manager and one of her staff the day I went were very rude! I was waiting at the counter with close to over $ 100 worth of baby clothing for my son. The two were standing there saw I was waiting and looked away. Close to about 5 minutes of their chit chat the manager says oh it will be a second. I said you know what I waited paitently for someone to help but you both wanted to stand there and have a conversation then have the nerve to say it will be a second I said you both are so rude to paying customers. They apologize but in an I have to way. I dropped all the cloths on the floor and left. I will NEVER EVER contribute my working money to this location or any gymboree EVER again! It only takes one person

I went in to buy bubbles because the gymboree bubble formula is the best.
It took a half hour. The store was a mess and disgusting and the lady who checked me out took forever and then ignored me towards the end of the transaction as she talked to somebody else so much so that as i asked for my receipt she tucked it into the bag and then as i asked for the bag I was ignored and had to reach for it.
Did I mention I had a baby on the hip?
I just don’t understand whats going on here.

Gymboree is a store that there clothes dont last long. But they are kids and you only dress them several times before you throw the clothes away. We are stuck with many giftcards from this location because when we had our son many people brought us GYMBOREE gift cards.:(
There selection is okay. Sometimes you get lucky if they have nice stuff. Anytime we are in the mall we stop by and usually its takes several months till we see something new and nice they brought. There clothes are really not expensive and cheap.(remember you get what you pay for) We are stuck here till the gift cards run out :)
