Established in 2009.

Granite Escrow & Settlement Services is an independent neutral third party escrow company licensed by the California Department of Business Oversight. Granite has assembled some of the most experienced escrow professionals in the state, with more than 65 employees that include over 25 Escrow Officers, a full support staff, a sales team and a corporate management team.

Granite Escrow is California’s fastest growing escrow/​closing company in the state. Our corporate office is located in Newport Beach and we have branches in Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, Irvine, Temecula, Carlsbad and San Diego.

With over 250 years’ combined real estate closing experience, Granite Escrow provides you with experienced escrow officers well trained in real estate procedures, title insurance, taxes, deeds and insurance. Business Owner

Brad is the Founder and CEO of Granite Escrow & Settlement Services.

Brad has previously worked for the SAE National Fraternity & Foundation, the Xerox Corporation, North American Title Company and the Heritage Escrow Company.

In 2007, Heritage Escrow was sold and Brad left in January 2009 to establish Granite. Through earning the respect and loyalty of his former associates, many followed Brad and joined the Granite Escrow team.

Brad’s philosophy is to treat his employees like they are his clients and as a result, the clients will be well taken care of. Integrity and ethics are the values Brad believes strengthens a company.

Having recently closed a transaction with Granite Escrow, I cannot begin to shower enough superlatives upon Marcine and her team. I was the listing agent for a rather challenging transaction that had hurdles to overcome from both the buyer and the seller. Granite escrow was on the ball for my house sale and subsequent house purchase. Marcine was incredibly helpful and did all she could to make escrow as easy as possible. I can’t say enough about Granite Escrow and their staff and the fantastic job they did for closing escrow for us on the sale of our home. Marcine and her entire team were beyond fantastic and instrumental in getting our very challenging escrow to close. We had several difficult potential buyers that fell out of escrow but Marcine never wavered in her dedication and professionalism to getting the job done. When we finally were in escrow with the right buyers, she streamlined the process at every turn and always kept us informed about everything going on. Marcine was always available to us and any questions or concerns we had during the process were always answered promptly and professionally. I would not use any other escrow company in the future and would recommend Granite without hesitation.

This would be my tenth home purchase and this was far and away the worst escrow experience I have ever had. Marcine Kline was not only rude, but also made some very careless mistakes. We kept receiving notices of non-​payment from our insurance company because the insurance company did not receive payment from Granite Escrow until 60 days after the close of escrow. This should have been paid at the close of escrow. The paperwork for our prop 60⁄90 was filled out by her office with the incorrect parcel number which was then sent to the city of Los Angeles. We were not given the option of meeting at their offices and having hard signatures on all of the documents. Even getting a complete set of documents was an inconvience for them. I have never experienced anything like this on any real estate transaction EVER. Absolutely the worst.

I had a complicated Trust Sale and I don’t believe any other escrow company would have been able to handle it.
We just closed on a VA sale too. I really don’t trust any other company. Sara and Araceli are great too!
