Best car buying experience ever. I’ve gotten 2 cars from E3 motors and would get more in the future from them. The process goes very fast. I told them what I wanted in a car and they were able to do exactly that. I know I can trust them. That’s the most important thing for me when buying a car.

We purchased an S400 through E3 in January and things went pretty well. Since we were based in San Diego, they drove the car to Laguna to meet us and complete the deal. During the process, I was provided a CarFax report that looked good. It stated no accidents and 1 year left on the warranty. So that is where the problems started.
We took the car to the MB dealer for a couple «warranty» repairs and this is what we learned:
1.) The car only had about 1.5 months of warranty left. (Not a huge deal.)
2.) The car had been in a fairly major accident on the passenger side. A lot of body repair!
3.) The car had been «red flagged» in the MB computer system for warranty FRAUD! Meaning that all warranty repair work had to be approved by corporate before the local dealer could fix it. Also meaning that MB corporate could completely deny the warranty work if they wanted to.
CarFax is CarFax and E3 is not responsible for errors on the report. But… what we learned at the dealership is that the car had VERY RECENTLY been in the accident and that it take about 90 days for an accident to show up on a CarFax report… I am not saying I have proof of intentional wrong doing but seems a bit shady.
Jonny had also promised us a new manual since it was missing for the car. That was about 6 months ago and still nothing. He has also stopped replying to my text messages.
Other than the above, the car has been a good car.
I gave two stars since the way Unilocal works is that two stars means, «Meh. I’ve experienced better» and three stars means, «A-​OK».

What a great experience! Andy and John were super helpful from the first phone call to the handshake at the end of our purchase. We couldn’t have asked for our experience to be any more professional, quick or comfortable. Great guys AND a great car! The perfect combination!
