Racist owner or employee. went in on a friday night to buy some captain and coke and the employee started yelling at me the second i walked in. Mind you i was wearing a polo and cackys, nothing close to any sort of gang attire. This guy then asked for my id which i had already placed on the counter. Being a 23 year old im quite familiar with the process, first excuse for denying my business was he said i was too young. I then proceeded to ask if he was familiar with basic math, because 23 wasnt hard to count to. After he sat there for 5 minutes correcting himself, he then gave me the whole fake id spew. I laughed at his face and told him he was a fool for the way he acted. Lost my business as well as alot of friends i have living in the area. Your all better off driving to the ralphs about 2 minutes away.

Scam artists! They’re convenient and have a good selection, but check your receipt! Every time we go in they try to charge an extra $ 2 – 4, claiming tax or credit card fees. But if we ask to see the itemized receipt, they’ll say something like, «oh sorry, I must’ve rung in the wrong thing.» They seem nice enough, but just be careful!

My neighborhood corner store!
I have to say it’s nice to come to a local market that has a friendly staff! The location has had a change of ownership, and all of the familiar friendly faces seem to have taken off, at least for the time being, but the new staff seems just as friendly.
The selection of products is good, prices are fair, and the new owner’s seem interested in increasing the selection of Wine, etc.
Whether you’re grabbing a 6 pack of Japanese beer, or just want a gatorade on a cold day, it’s a great little neighborhood store!

Great liquor store! They have such a fabulous selection of items. The owner is the greatest guy!!! Always smiling and friendly. That kind of service is what keeps me coming back to any establishment.
