Chase Bank

Not a fan of this branch location at all. Every time I have walked in, the services they provide are good (just as any bank should be) but the attitudes… reek. If I can go to another bank and get the same services but a more pleasant experience overall, why shouldn’t I? Especially one young guy that had a very nasty way about him, although he was smiling half the time. We walked in to address some business account issues, that was the bank’s fault. It literally cost us money to fix this mistake of theirs. Apparently it was their POLICY. *insert applause*
He didn’t only make us feel as if we were at fault, but he refused to address things unless we pushed for it. Kept blaming his position and how he lacks certain authority.
Not my problem. Fix your policy, check your employees, and stop putting small business owners through nightmares that cost them money. You’re the big boy bank. Act like one.
And oh, check your coffee/​water station. It’s dirty, empty and gives you a bad image.

I went into this bank yesterday to get change for my business. I was about to leave when an elderly woman came into the lobby yelling that she had been pushed down and robbed in the parking lot of Ross in Encino. She went up to a teller behind the window and told him that she needed help getting a new debit card, She went on to say that she had cancer… obviously she was very shaken up. NO ONE came out to help her, even the teller that she addressed seemed lacadazical as did the tall dark haired woman standing behind him. I approached her and asked her if I could call someone for her and a man doing a transaction with a teller asker the teller to call the police. After a few minutes of talking to her still NO ONE from the bank came to help her. How can costumer service be so lacking? If this were any of those employee’s mother how would they want someone to respond? Shame on you people!!!
