His clientele includes start-​ups, as well as well established large multinational corporations, American and foreign companies and individuals. Our practice specializes in business, corporate and transactional law. We have helped clients navigate the full range of legal and business issues associated with wide range of ventures and projects, domestically and internationally.

Yepremyan Law Firm has a diverse and experienced attorneys and legal staff. Attorneys and associates include lawyers licensed in California, Florida, European Union, Mexico, Russia and Armenia. Yepremyan Law Firm also has an experienced and professional staff that includes 12 paralegals and legal assistants, that speak several languages, including Spanish, Russian, and Armenian.

Business Owner

Vahan Yepremyan graduated from UC Berkley, Magna Cum Laude, with High Honors. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from University of Southern California, where he was also the Editor and Member of the Executive Board of Hale Moot Court Honors Program, as well as member of Jessup International Law Moot Court Team.

Vahan’s work experience is very diverse, including involvement in politics, law, business and film.

During President Bill Clinton’s administration, Vahan worked at the White House think-​tank, Economic Strategy Institute.

Following this, Vahan was hired by a major lobby group in Washington DC, to assist them in their efforts.

He returned to Washington, DC to clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice, at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, where he worked on prosecuting major criminal cases in US Federal Courts before he established Yepremyan Law Firm.

He has also served on the Presidential Business Committee and Senatorial Inner Circle, as one of California representatives.
