Bryce DeVincenzi

Bryce successfully helped my wife and I sell our home in Studio City and buy our new home in Sherman Oaks — all within a couple of months. With overlapping timetables and many moving parts to sell and buy simultaneously, it was going to be a complicated transaction, however, he was awesome and navigated us through each step.
Bryce was always reachable, kept us apprised of any developments, and was super focused on making sure we were nothing less than 100% satisfied. Even during the pre-​buying/​selling process, he was never pushy and wanted us to take our time. And now that the transaction is complete, Bryce is still extremely helpful when small questions pop-​up.

Bryce was our AWESOME realtor who helped my partner and I buy our first home in Eagle Rock. We knew next to nothing when we started, but now that everything is done we’re still so amazed by how painless and pleasant everything was, and we know it’s because of how good Bryce took care of us.
When we started interviewing realtors, from our first meeting with Bryce we were won over by his wealth of knowledge and honesty, plus he’s a friendly guy too! He had answers to all our questions, and not only is he experienced with the whole house-​buying process, but he also had a lot of input about the neighborhoods we were interested in, and he helped us figure out our priorities and expectations for what we wanted in our new home.
He also invested a ton of his time to helping us, not just with answering questions but also driving us around looking at houses and neighborhoods, and with handling the butt load of paperwork that came with offers and escrow. When it came time to make offers, he thoroughly walked us through everything and counseled us through any hard decisions – we never felt any pressure from him and he really had our best interests in mind.
Once we got an offer accepted (our third offer, and it happened way sooner than we anticipated!), he was with us every step of the way. He was there for all the inspections and explained anything that we didn’t understand. My partner and I are both kinda shy too, so it was also nice having him around because he’s a good talker and helped break the ice with anybody we had to deal with during the process.
We can go on and on about how good he was to us, but ultimately if anybody’s looking for a house in SF Valley/​Northeast LA, they owe it to themselves to at least talk to Bryce. With escrow closed and his job done as our agent, we now consider him a good friend.

Bryce helped us buy our first house. So when it came time to sell we had no questions about who to go back to. If you have any questions, problems or concerns Bryce will be right there to walk you through it. He’ll be straight forward with you without hesitation all while never being high pressure about anything. There are not enough words to describe how awesome Bryce is. We just recently purchsed a home with Bryce as our Real Estate Agent and it was the best experience. We worked with several others before we met him and he was able to really help us with this process and put my fears and nerves to rest. He is very personable, always available and very trust worthy. If it weren’t for Bryce, I would never have found my first home in Studio City. I was really nervous about the whole process because I heard real estate agents can be pushy and pure sleaze. But looking for homes with Bryce felt more like looking for a home with that trusted friend you always call for advice. He wasn’t a «salesman» and didn’t try to sway me one way or another. Instead, he created an environment where I felt safe to make my own decision… a smart decision. He was sincerely concerned about finding the right fit for my lifestyle — (oh, and my dog’s lifestyle as well!). I’d definitely go to him when it’s time to seek out my next home. Until then… I’ll just enjoy my chef’s kitchen and window-​filled living room.

I want what I want… so I thought. Bryce took me to see condos in my price range with all the bells and whistles I wanted and after getting dismayed by constantly getting outbid he thought he would show me a house that was a fixer. I fell in love. It actually was in my general area and was cheaper than what I was going to spend on a condo. Yes, I had to put some money into renovation but he was able to supply some of his office’s recommendations which turned out to work great!
Bryce is not your typical agent where he doesn’t push you into anything or even buying until you are absolutely ready. I’m sure I drove him crazy with not liking what most people like but he kept on showing me properties and listening. Like a therapist, he seems to really get to know you and make you realize what you really want.
Overall he’s a nice guy, too. Not pretentious or like some of those pushy west side agents. I’m glad he was on my side through the buying experience where he explains everything in detail as many times as you need and he keeps in touch even after you’ve purchased!
