I have been working in all aspects of the construction industry for 20 years. After working with other licensed contractors for more than a decade, I choose to strike out on my own, start my own business, to bring people what they want and need. I am getting solar installations under way, as well as home additions.

Construction is in my blood. My grandfather was a general contractor and ran his own business. I love people, and it really gives me joy to make a client’s dreams come true. I love to be the solution to a problem that has been an eyesore or a nagging issue for far too long.

I look to provide green solutions when ever possible, such as; Radiant barriers for energy efficiency, tankless water heaters, re-​purposing materials to reduce landfill waste, water catchment to reduce water usage, solar home conversions, reducing heavy metals in water supplies.

I strive to be an innovative leader in green products, and construction techniques.

I don’t know what has changed since the reviews of 2014 but it appears that Banducci Builders don’t do small projects any longer. Called for free estimate for our small guest bathroom. Mark came straight from a job and met us at 6pm which I totally appreciated. Super nice man. Gave us the best estimate we had received — seemed reasonable and fair. Would give us exactly what we asked for and a bit more. He took our email address and promised to send us the written estimate of what we discussed. My husband and I were over the moon excited. FINALLY a construction company we could trust. We have quite a few home improvements planned and we were looking for long term. Two days pass, no email. So I text Mark and ask the ETA. He texts back… and I quote «I don’t think I am your man. Was expecting 2 bathrooms & $ 12,000 budget». I text back my disappointment. If he would have told us that during his visit we would have worked it out as that price for both bathrooms was still reasonable!!! Still hurt. Still getting estimates.

Hey I just hired Banducci Builders again to renovate a cabin in Big Bear. Although it was a lot of travel expense Mark’s prices were still great and his work is spot on! He found plenty of surprises in this 65 year old cabin, he told me about them and suggested several options. I can’t recommend him highly enough — he’s easy to talk to, has great ideas, he’s budget friendly, and his work is spotless and very professional. A+++++ I will definitely hire him again! :-)

I was impressed by all the positive reviews that I saw on Unilocal for Banducci Builders. So, I called and scheduled an appointment with Mark Banducci for remodeling our house. He didn’t show up for the appointment and he didn’t call to cancel or re-​schedule. When I called him the next day, he gave me a lame excuse that he was at a far away place and he had lost my telephone number. He had my name and the address. He could have looked up and find my telephone number if he had actually lost it. He wasted an afternoon of my time. Now I wonder about all those positive comments about him. Are they genuine or written by his friends. This is a question for Unilocal

I went outdoors a few nights ago to find that part of my fence had completely dislodged, and was leaning on my neighbor’s car’s rear-​view-​mirror — the only reason it hadn’t fallen into the street! I tied it up with twine, and phoned Mark Banducci the next morning. He showed an hour later, checked out the whole fence, finding where it was rotted or warped, and gave me a very fair estimate to do a big repair. Three days later, he and his brother surprised me by finishing the job two days early and a thousand dollars below their estimate. Throughout the job, they were polite, communicative, helpful, and (a big deal where I live) perfectly compliant with my neighbors’ wishes for timing and mess. If they’d just done the job they’d said they’d do, I’d give them five stars. But given what more they accomplished, I’d give them seven if I could! Recommended on all counts!

Good experience with this company at our house. Reasonable quotes, does fine work in a timely manner, and is very reliable. It’s not often, in my experience, you can get all of these qualities in a contractor. Use Mark and his crew!

I recently used Banducci Builders for multiple remodeling projects in my home. I was concerned at first that I wouldn’t be able to afford everything that I had in my mind by Mark assured me that we could go at my own pace. I got a free quote on everything and then was able to pick and choose the priority levels of all the options. The pricing was better than my other quotes and I was also dealing with someone whose first language is English and who was easy to understand and relate with. I awarded Banducci the job and it was finished on time and with excellent craftsmanship.
I would recommend this firm to anyone looking to do a project large or small, indoors or out, complicated or simple. Mark can do it all and has tons of references too.

I found Banducci Builders on Unilocal after getting a ridiculously high bid from another contractor for a master bath remodel. Mark responded right away with a bid that was fair and more in line with our budget. The new bathroom is incredible and his crew worked very hard everyday to meet our deadline and they were always on time which is huge. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Had Mark out to my property to quote on a remodel job. After waiting a week and a half for an estimate (he promised one week), I was forced to call him to find out that he had been awarded bids on a couple of other jobs and couldn’t get to mine in the timeframe I had laid out. While I understand and appreciate his situation, the lack of follow-​up seemed inconsistent with the other reviews. I can’t comment on the quality of the work since we didn’t to that stage in my project.

We found Mark, Banducci Builders by going to Unilocal.This guy rocks! We needed a small fence built, sounds easy right? We had to go through 3 other companies before finding and hiring Mark. Long story short, the others all flaked in one way or another. Mark did EVERTYTHING he said he was going to do including being on time for appointments which seems to be rare these days. The fence turned out beautifully. He was fast, neat and reasonably priced. We are planning on doing more upgrades to our backyard and will definitely use Mark again. Thanks Mark! All I can say for Banducci builders is exceptional! Mark did three separate projects on my condo and each project was done with vigor and zest! The man is amazing he comes in with a plan on time and gets it done. I would recommend Banducci builders to anybody that needs a good contractor. I have used Banducci builders several times for work at my house and in the back yard. The owner Mark is a great guy and I highly recommend him and his company! His service is excellent, every time we call him he gets the job done quickly and it always looks great. His pricing seems fair and reasonable and you will never run into unexpected delays or end up paying more than you agreed upon. I have used other contractors before and ended up with jobs not completed — with Mark that has never happened to us!
