We offer the truck mounted steam cleaning method for all of our cleaning services including: carpets, tile and grout, upholstery, and vehicle interiors. This method extracts the majority of the water used in the cleaning so that your carpets will be completely dry in less than a day.

We are an owner operated business, so our customers receive personalized service. Our aim to get the job done right the first time, but if at any time you have any concerns we encourage you to let us know so we can give you the best service possible.

History

Established in 1993.

In 1980, I started working in the floor care industry. In 1985, after having learned the trade I started Robert E’s Quality Carpet Cleaning in San Jose, CA. By 1992, my family had grown and business was going well. My wife’s family is from Shelton and we made many trips to visit the area over the years. It didn’t take me long to fall in love with the Pacific Northwest and the idea of raising our family in a small community. In 1993, we sold our house and business, moved to Shelton and began a new adventure. Starting a business is always a challenge and this was no exception. With my Dad’s advice of «always doing your absolute best at whatever you do,» I believed that I could make this business a success. With hard work and the amazing support from the people of Mason and Thurston counties, this quickly became true.

We have been greatly involved in the community since we moved here and over the years we have made many lifelong friends. Our decision to move the area was a good one.

Rob is a husband to Beth and the father of four; Sarah, Jennifer, Sean and Elizabeth. He became a grandfather at the end of 2015 by Sean’s son Elijah. Family Has always been of the utmost importance and will always be key to my success.

In 2005, I felt it was time to move on to other ventures and I sold the business to David Carnahan. David did a great job of upholding the standards of quality and professionalism that people had come to expect from Robert E’s. in 2013, David approached me with an offer to buy back the business. Since October of that year, I have been back at it and have had a great time seeing old customers and meeting many new ones.

My son Sean and daughter Elizabeth are now working with me, making this a family business. Together, we will continue to strive and serve the community to the best of our ability.
