We specialize in gourmet Rum Cakes which come in multiple flavor options. You may also love to try our hand made caramel corn and Oatmeal Raisin Cookies!

Our Rum Cakes come in many sizes, from our mini bite-​sized cakes which is a unique substitution for cupcakes to our small cakes which can be custom boxed for Weddings, Showers, and large parties over 50! We then have a medium 1-​lb cake and our large 2-​lb cake which come in nicely appointed boxes which make great gifts and satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth!

New this year we have a 5 pound rum cake as well which can be decorated for a Birthday Party, or put in a special box and labeled for a corporate gift!

New in 2015 is Organic Fair Trade Coffee for your morning commute! We also have Tea and Hot Chocolate if you prefer that.

Our Crepes come with many fillings that you can choose from, and if you would like to have Gluten Free that is an option as well!

History

Established in 2012.

Jonathan and Michele Vallee founded Lighthouse Rum Cakes in 2012. The idea to begin this company was born after our cakes proved to be a one-​of-​a-​kind product in the Titanium Chef Competition in 2008. After winning first place in both the dessert category and the grand prize in the overall competition, we knew we had something special and wanted to share it. We are confident you will agree after your first taste!

We prepare all of our rum cakes in a certified commercial kitchen using only the finest ingredients and perfectly aged spiced rums. Each cake is individually prepared for you with the same care that goes into the cakes we share with our family and friends. There are several flavor rum cakes available, surely something for everyone’s taste buds! New flavors are constantly being created so please check the website periodically.
