Business Owner

Sean was a leader in the Marine Corp and brings his training and service experience to managing Heroes2Hire. After his honorable discharge, Sean worked for four years in general contracting, developing a wide array of skills and abilities in the professional field. With a keen eye for detail and a perfectionist nature, Sean excels in project execution and follow through. As a call center manager in San Diego, Sean demonstrated an ability to communicate and lead effectively, and cultivated a personality for customer service. Sean takes pride in a job well done and enjoys making people happy with their homes and the special brotherhood that Heroes2Hire creates for veterans.

As the wife of a Vet, I passed over other handyman sites and chose this one. I contacted Randy and he scheduled Sean to come out and assist us with a plumbing problem. He was to arrive at 10 a.m. At 10:30 I left a VM with Randy saying Sean was a no show and was there a problem? With no response, I texted Randy at 11:30 a.m. At noon I received a text saying they were looking for Sean and they would let me know status. I have not heard a word from Heroes2Hire. Such a disappointment.

Heroes2Hire have done numerous jobs for me — demolition, repair, house painting — they do it all! Their work is professional and they are a pleasure to work with.
Randy, Hugo, Victor, and now Heather have shown up when they said they would, completed the work in a timely manner, and are reasonable in price. Lovely people.

Kinda a mixed review. I would give Randy in charge two-stars but I would give the worker who came to my house five-stars. Randy had poor communication — I thought he was providing an «estimate» for worker by the hour, and he was quoting the price for the entire job. One worker showed up (supposed to be two), and the worker did not know he had to remove several small tree stumps (thought he was trimming trees). Still in the end Randy worked with me on price but just had multiple misunderstandings along the way
Anyway, worker was super hard working and very courteous. The job was not easy but he got it done quickly and I was very happy with the end result.
Would maybe think about using again.

We used H2H to clean up a property we had moved out of, before the new tenets moved in. They were there 10 minutes before they said they would be. They did exactly what we asked. They worked hard and did an amazing job.
We plan on using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a hand in the yard, or has a big project like ours. Thank you Heroes, for your service and your hard work.

The courteous, professionals at Heroes2Hire were fast, reliable and very efficient. Their pricing was the best, and most importantly they did what they said they would do (and actually more) while employing our veterans every step of the way! Randy fulfilled all of his promises to us, as well as a few other «issues» which they uncovered when they were cleaning things up (at no extra charge). They did all of our cleanouts, tree trimming, mowing and a wide array of landscaping for us. We have them coming out every week now, to maintain our property and keep everything looking sharp. What a great way to support America’s Vets!

We hired Heroes 2 Hire to do some spring cleanup around our property of 2.5 acres. We had recently purchased the property and there were some old tree trimmings that needed to be removed. We also needed more tree trimming, removal of a dead oak tree, and a significant amount of weed whacking. They had 4 guys, plus Randy, the owner of the company, that came out and worked for 2.5 days. They were prompt and they worked hard. They were polite and fun, just a great group of guys. Randy provided everything they needed including tools, breakfast, lunch and drinks. They asked pertinent questions and made sure that we were happy with the work as they went along. The other big plus is that their labor is tax deductible because Randy set this up as a 303C organization, dedicated to helping veterans. I will use them again and again for all kinds of work. They were wonderful!
