Since founded by Chris Temple in 1998, Temple Building Inspection has inspected thousands of buildings. Our expertise spans a vast array of both commercial property inspection and residential property inspection services. We have inspected apartment complexes with over 150 units and commercial properties of over 100,000 square feet. Our residential inspection services include single-​family home inspection, multi-​unit inspection, and estates.

Business Owner

Building Inspector Chris Temple has inspected thousands of buildings. His experience includes homes, estates, multi-​unit residences, and commercial properties. In addition to small and individual units, he has inspected apartment complexes with over 150 units and commercial properties of over 100,000 square feet.

Chris became interested in property conditions and building methods when he took his first construction job as a laborer in the early 1980’s. He spent the next 15 years as a carpenter and tradesman building custom homes, tract homes, and commercial buildings.
