Horrible service, just as reviews stated below they have special cleanings they state you must have, which of coarse insurance does not pay for, and refused to clean my teeth because I needed the «special cleaning». I will be calling my insurance company as soon as I leave this place to ensure they do not get paid for a cleaning they refused to do. Unreal that others have had the same experiences and this place can remain open. Maybe better business bureau should be notified by people as well. Upset I wasted time off work to come here and now need to find another dentist and wait for an opening.

This place is a complete scam and rip off artist, do not go.
I was also told I had periodontists and needed a «deep cleaning» which would cost me, not my insurance but me, over $ 500.
When they were doing their «diagnostic test» of sticking a sharp object between my teeth and gums they seemed almost annoyed I was expressing discomfort, at one point being told «Stop making sounds we have other patients.»
This was the third time I had gone to a location in this «network», twice in Lansing and once in Shelby, and have yet to actually get a teeth cleaning.
This place should be shut down and no one should go there.

Scammers. I switched to this dentist because our insurance changed. They «diagnosed» me with periodontitis and said I needed regular «Deep cleanings» in addition to regular checkups. Recently they said that I needed my wisdom teeth removed to prevent the spread of periodontitis. I have never so much as had a cavity, so I decided to go to my old dentist to get a second opinion. Not only did he tell me that I did not need my wisdom teeth removed, but I did not have periodontitis. I have wasted a large amount of money on these special cleaning and am just greatful that I sought a second opinion before having my wisdom teeth pulled! Stay away from this scam dentist!

Didn’t like this at all. Felt very unprofessional. Had to re-​do X-​rays twice and they wanted to perform unnecessary proceduers.
