If you want friendly service from the counter staff, aka the secretaries, do not go here. Specifically Marcy. I have never been treated with so much dislike and pure meanness in my life from someone at a dentist office. I called because I had lost a tooth, a result from work I had received from Doctor Christine at Dr. Ruffino’s office. I was told by Marcy no one could help me. I could not work without a front tooth and proceeded to tell Marcy that if no one would help me I would not be back to this office because I was unable to work. (This happened on a Friday and I would have to go a whole weekend without a front tooth and I was supposed to work all weekend!) Marcy stated she would call the dentist and call me back. When she finally called me back, Marcy was screaming at me and said, «I better not even tell you what this office thinks of you! You better appreciate that the dentist is coming in to help you!» She kept cutting me off when I tried to speak and continued to scream at me. I was the one who had to remain professional and end the phone call and I ended the phone call in tears. Certainly, NO ONE, deserves this treatment. If you want to be treated like a good human being, do NOT go to this office.

Great experience, great doctor and staff. Office setting is very relaxing. Would highly recommend.
