Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins

I was around the neighborhood and decided to stop by at DD for their dark roast coffee cause it was for 99c (DD perk). I walked in to see the cashier ringing me up before I was able to load the app. I told him what I wanted and had him scan my phone. At first, he couldn’t scan it probably cause my brightness was low or my hand was tilted and he couldn’t scan correctly and after a few tries, he smiled and happily expressed the fact that he finally got it to scan.
I prefer this dunkin donut over all the ones I’ve been to because this one actually knows how to make drinks and they’re friendlier than the rest.
It didn’t take long for him to make it and when he handed me the drink, I was surprised that the whipped cream was filled to the top looking beautifully. The perfectness of the whipped cream gave aesthetic pleasure– I had to take a picture

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. My boyfriend and I ordered a bagel for breakfast and they didn’t cut it so we both went up to ask them to cut it and they told us they didn’t bagels and give a knife and we have to do it ourselves. Uhm, excuse me?! You can’t cut my bagel? This is ridiculous, any other DD if you walk in and ask them to cut your bagel for you they’ll do it for you without a question. How can you NOT cut bagels for people? I’m still fuming over this. To add insult to injury they give you a freaking plastic butter knife to cut it. Like I do not expect AMAZING customer service from DD but I expect them to do the bare minimum and cut my bagel. Oh and the bagel was stale anyway. Next time I’m going to the place across the street.

No reviews?! I’m quite shocked actually. This business has been here for years… actually for as long as i can remember it living in the area. This is located just across the street from the train station with it’s strong coffee scent attracting people who walks by.
Their customer service is spectacular. Everyone who works there always smile no matter what time of day it is. They are very sanitary and clean. If there’s a need outside a worker will speed out with their cleanup stuff and clean until it’s sparklely. Ok maybe not that dramatic but Close enough.
Their food is ok since all of it are frozen stuff just reheated but their coffee is good. For the price you are paying you are really getting your money’s worth. Join their reward card for more added benefits too !
