Dunkin’ Donuts – Baskin-Robbins

I would like to see a change from the management on how they run the place. This place has a bum problem that rivals union square. They allow pan handling and these bums literally approach u in the line and ask for money. Never had a problem with the staff they put up with a lot of crap from nasty customers day in and day out so kuddos to them! They make mistakes every now and then just like any other human being under a high pressure environment with impatient and often rather rude customers who forget the person behind the counter is a person too just like the customer.

Extremely horrible. It bothers me when there are items on the menu that are not available repeatedly. You should try putting up a sign saying that things are available rather than having your customers wonder what is available. I wanted a mango smoothie from BR but they didn’t have it. So I got a peach iced tea from DD and noted not too sweet. I took a sip of it and all I had was syrup. All the ice melted so all I was left with was a cup of artificial peach syrup that made me feel sick.

I would always stop by this Dunkin Donuts when I attended Kingsborough. The drinks are good but you have to be specific about what you want and how you want it. One of my favorite was the blueberry muffin with a hot chocolate. I would ask for it to be heated up and this guy that worked there would always argue with me telling me that it was already warm. Listen just because the muffin was sitting under the lightbulb light does not make it warm.

This Dunkin Donuts is just ok. The staff is pretty friendly and it’s a convenient place to grab coffee being located right across the street from the subway. The reason this gets three stars is because their service is very slow. (I’ve waited 7 – 8 minutes for a regular coffee, which is CRAZY.) The way they make their coffee tends to be inconsistent as well. I order the same coffee whenever I go in there and it never tastes the same twice.

Coffee and donuts are good. Milkshakes are available all year round. Located right across the street from the train station, which is convenient.

Zero stars if I could. This has to be the WORST DD that i’ve been to, god knows most of them are terrible but this one takes the cake. They always get my coffee wrong, i don’t know if they don’t understand English or they are just plain dumb. I get the feeling that they just don’t want to be there. There is one particular girl here that I loathe, she stares right at you and has an attitude when you tell her something is wrong.

This place is another franchise like the others in the neighborhood. Their food is delivered by some other place and not made by them. The prices are the same as any other place. The staff is mediocre, but still quick to get customers what they need by attending to them right away.
Sometimes there isn’t much room and it’s hard to find a place to sit. It’s also right by the subway so it can get noisy but it’s a good place for morning coffee and donuts before getting onto the train (although there is a much more local place across the street called Jonathan’s).
I am indifferent to this place– it’s a part of my childhood summers when id come here for ice cream but really, it’s just a Dunkin donuts up close.

This is a good place for what it is. Pleased but not astounded

Nice and quick service. I lingered for a few minutes trying to read a book but a family with poorly trained, loud children came in to disturb me, so get your coffee and go.

I ordered a small chocolate shake and the lady screwed up the first one. The second shake she made was chocolate milk. So, if you go to this Dunkin Donuts, don’t order anything more complicated than a donut. Also, I did not like the Iced Coffee that I ordered. It tasted extremely bitter halfway. I seriously think it tasted like an aspirin or pill was thrown in there. Hoping that’s not the case… But keeping receipt JUST in case… Beware.

I came to Unilocal just to write a review for dunkin donats at fulton street, i couldnt find it on Unilocal so im just going to write it here… That place is nasty and so dirty. The employees are rude and really slow. I was really hungry before going there and was thinking of getting a bagel, however when i saw that place i really wanted to puke. It was dirty and that smell. God that smell… So i just ended up going away without ordering anything from that place! Terrible terrible experience!!!

Went to have a Buy One Sundae-​Get One Free with my wife on a Tuesday. We were served by Ramon. (Remember that name). Besides Ramon being so nice to us, he was generous and prepared our Sundaes exactly how we wanted. He was generous with the hot fudge and the toppings. We loved what he created and look forward to having more Sundaes at Baskin-​Robbins together.
We have had Sundaes at Baskiin-​Robbins in the past, but have never experienced such good service that added to the pleasure of a Sundae on a warm afternoon.

The gf’s cousin’s hubby, a NYPD, recommended the hot chocolate at Dunkin’ Donuts. It was as yummy as advertised.
