Received a quote for $ 70 (JFK to East Village), was billed $ 120 to my corporate card without explanation. Took me two months to track down a receipt with customer service (never emailed, shared in hard copy, etc). The driver also seemed intoxicated or exhausted when he picked me up, and I considered asking him to pull over and exiting the vehicle at one point. Terrible customer service, disingenuous pricing, definitely avoid this company.

Be careful! Be sure to keep your receipt and match it to your credit card bill because they overcharged me by $ 29.95 probably thinking it wouldn’t be noticed. I opened a case with my credit card company and thankfully it was credited.
As for the ride, the driver was fine and waited for me through a storm, so he gets four stars but the company only gets one. Ride from LaGuardia to Rye was $ 118 plus $ 24 wait time plus $ 3 gas plus $ 4 processing fee plus $ 30 gratuity, and I was charged $ 208.95. Buyer Beware!
