Long Island Elite Limousines

i needed to find transportation from Quogue to JFK for an early flight. After reading the reviews here, I gave them a call. My driver called me the night before to make sure he had the right address and arrived early. Everything went very smoothly.

I arranged for a van pick up for my family to my brothers wedding at the Miller Beach Surf Club. I had initially called to arrange the transaction and spoke with Charlie. We had an initial snafu which Charlie quickly remedied and everything went as smooth as silk. I was sent an email of the total cost and exactly what would go down the day of the event.
Our driver Malcolm showed up promptly at my house introduced himself and we had small talk as we proceeded on to pick up the rest of the family in succession. Malcolm had 4 pick up points and did so without any problems following the directions to the next house. We showed up at the Surf club on time and had a fun ride in.
Malcolm and I exchanged phone numbers just in case, but it didn’t matter because he was outside waiting for us when we were ready.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this limo service! Friendly, Courteous, Prompt Service!
I will not consider any other company after this experience. Its Elite or No one else!

My 82 year old parents needed to get a 0530am flight at JFK, I selected this company based on the excellent Unilocal reviews. I am so glad I did. My parents told me they had a car service picking them up at 04:30 am with a different company, for a 05:30 am flight (40 minute drive). What??? You can show up at the curb 20 minutes prior to your International flight departure, are you kidding me!, I hung up the phone with my dad and then started researching which limo service had the best reviews on Unilocal.LI Elite Limo had 5 stars and was in St. James. When I called initially I spoke directly with the owner, he immediately put me at ease, and he assured me that they would take good care of my parents. He told me they often have elderly customers and not to worry. He then recommended I also call the airline to let them know they would need special assistance, this would expedite there check in process. He assured me the driver would not only show up on time, but normally arrived 30 minutes early because that’s just how he was. He had the driver send me a text when he picked up my parents, and again after they dropped them off. Wow, this type of customer service is refreshing. The following day the owner called me to verify everything went well, I told him I couldn’t be happier. A week later they picked up my parents on their return flight. They went inside the airport to greet them and help with their luggage. I received another text from the driver to let me know he picked them up. He even sent me a text that my parents mentioned they might need some milk after they were gone for the week. Overall I was completely satisfied with the outstanding service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company. I would definitely call and use them again.

I used this service again for trips from and to the Islip airport. Our driver was waiting when we arrived even though our incoming flight was quite delayed. Pick up for our return trip was prompt. Both trips the cars were immaculate and comfy and the drivers were professional and courteous. Once again, I couldn’t be happier with this service.

I just got back from a bachelorette weekend in the North Fork Vineyards facilitated by Long Island Eilte Limousines. George Thompson was our driver, and let me tell you, he made our weekend a luxurious breeze. I cannot say enough how amazing he was. He picked us all up from various locations in Manhattan and Long Island, dropped us off at our beach house, took us to FOUR vineyards the next day, and our last day he made drop offs at airports and individual homes. He helped us unpack and pack, carrying the heaviest of coolers up many stairs. He made sure we were always having fun. The limo was SO comfy, roomy, and made us feel special. He always made sure we had enough time at each vineyard and that we would get to the next one on time. He even made sure we were able to bring food in when we were told we couldn’t and hadn’t eaten all day. AND he was able to arrange a ride to the train station for one of our ladies that needed to leave the trip in the middle of vineyard touring. GEORGE IS AMAZING! We absolutely loved every thing Long Island Elite Limousine had to offer!

This is a great limo service — maybe the very best on Long Island. They are easy to deal with, extremely reliable, and understand the needs of seniors who need assistance connecting with «Meet & Assist» services at area airports. Their drivers will also provide updates to family members who are arranging for their loved ones to be transported. Very highly recommended!

I’ve been using Elite Limousines for my business for about 5 years, and they are always reliable, with professional drivers and nice cars. I’ve used stretch limos, sedans, and vans, and never a problem. We often have 3 or 4 people being picked up on the way to the airport, and it is always well organized.

Just was picked up at JFK by elite limo. They deserve 5 stars because their driver, Alberto was prompt and helpful. Their limo was clean and they accommodated our children with car seats.
Alberto got us to our destination safely and was very helpful with all of our luggage.
Booking the limo and the communication with Charles was even easier.
The price is right. Between the cost of gas, parking and the hassle of traffic you can’t go wrong.
I will use these guys my next time through JFK.

I feel remiss that it has taken so long to post this most deserving review. We have been using LI Elite Limo, both for corporate and personal needs, for many years. Charlie makes our lives so easy. A quick phone call and our needs are immediately met. His drivers: George/​Ken/​Barry/​Albert, etc. always go «Above and Beyond!» Kudos to the entire team. They are AMAZING!!!

I have had some bad experiences in the past with other limo companies which is why I feel even more compelled to leave a great review for LI Elite Limousines. I was planning a LI Vineyard Tour for me and a few girlfriends. Charlie and Matt could not have been more helpful. Matt made some great suggestions and we were able to finalize an itinerary within no time. On the day of our tour, our limo driver Jim arrived 30 minutes early and couldn’t have been friendlier throughout the entire day. Because Charlie sends you a confirmation email way in advance with prices plus gratuity, I knew exactly how much we had to pay at the end of our trip. No hidden fees, no last minute charges, no fuss no muss. Thank you guys so much for such a pleasant and stress free experience!

I usually don’t bother giving reviews only because I’m lazy about those kinds of things but I said I had to make time to write one for this company. These guys are awesome! Talk about customer service. Wow! Couldn’t be happier. The price was fair, the cars immaculate and Barry our driver couldn’t be nicer. Thank you Long Island Elite Limo for a GREAT experience.

Best limo service I’ve ever had!!! Our driver was very accommodating. He was able to pick up our entire party from multiple locations in Long Island and queens without any issues. And took very good care of us for our entire night out in the city.

Love these guys. First time trying them out for airport service after a bad experience with my regular guy. Very accommodating and friendly. My plane was changed three times and the guy answering the phone took care of everything and made sure I had pick up at the right time.

The experience with this company was a pleasure. I spoke with Charlie and he made it super easy. No down payment which is nice because I’ve been screwed over in the past with another company. The driver, Alan, was fantastic! We hired them for a wine tasting tour, and everything went smoothly. On the way back we were running a little late (our fault not the driver’s) getting back and he made sure we got back on time and weren’t charged more. He was very accommodating. Prices were average to others I compared it with but the service was awesome so even if I could find another company maybe a little cheaper I would still probably use Elite again.

I rented a towncar from Long Island Elite for my wedding. The driver was friendly and on time. The price was cheaper than other companies that I checked around with.

Great service at a good price. I highly recommend Long Island Elite for day/​night excursions and airport pickups. I’ve never had a problem with them and always had an enjoyable experience.
