I have had dozens of oil changes completed on the car. It has a 2.5L 4cyl motor. For some odd reason this time the manager wanted to charge me an extra $ 1.80 because their computer say to charge for 5.3 quarts…100,000 miles worth of oil changes and now my car takes over 5 quarts for the first time? It not the $ 1.80 it’s the Principal… my car takes 5 quarts of oil. The same manager brings my brand new air filter in the office and asks me if I would like to change it? I repeat it is brand new. This is criminal. I would not recommend this place to anyone you care about.

I paid 70 dollars for what they had called the nicer oil change for a higher mileage car and it turns out about a month later my car was making a very loud ticking noise they had never actually put the oil in the car this place is a total scam!
