My elderly mother was placed in this facility to recover after a hospital surgery. They knew exactly when we were coming but on arrival the room was not ready including the bed not being made. I asked the person making the bed a simple question and she couldn’t speak English. In the late evening my mother was brought her medicine and my mother didn’t recognize the pill but they told her it was hers and to take it. That night she felt bad and tried to walk to the bathroom only to pass out and break her neck. The attendants quickly grabbed her off the floor and placed her in a chair. Later they called for an ambulance. Days later we called in the attorneys.
